I walked over to this store, so couldn't use drive through. Employee told me I had to wear a mask, I can't safely do so due to medical reasons & said so. He handed me a mask which I held. He took my order and when I went to pay, he told me I had to put the mask on my face. I told him I cannot safely do that. He asked me why not and I said I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing a face covering.. Then he asked me what the medical condition is. This is a violation of ADA, and when I told him I don't want to give him the details of my medical condition he told me I would have to leave the store while my order was prepared. I told him I wanted to sit down at a table, and he told me I could not sit at the table in the restaurant. There were absolutely no other customers in the store. I left and walked down to another Starbucks, which was happy to serve me without any issues. You need to let your employees know that they cannot discriminate against people with disabilities. Accommodations need to be offered and they cannot treat disabled people differently. I know that people can sit at tables in restaurants without a mask, so this accommodation should not have been denied to me. You guys are going to end up with a lawsuit if you do not educate...
Read moreTerrible visit today. They got all new staff and it's just a mess now. I used to love this Starbucks and its on my commute to work but after today I will never return to this location. I ordered a venti drink that I asked to be fat free and I pull up to the window and I can't tell the size of the drink but I noticed she put whip on it. She charges me and I ask her to please take the whip off. She hands back my card and says I'll scrape the whip off. Then she hands me my drink and I said that I asked for venti. She goes to the back and remakes a venti then comes back and asks me for my card to charge me again. I'm so confused since this was their mess up why they would change me since they are the ones who made the mistake. I never get Grandes so I'd never ask for that. She was horribly rude and so was the man who came over and voided my "grande" drink and re charged Me $4.75 instead of $4.05 that I previously paid. Ive never had such a bad experience at a Starbucks and it's too bad that all the good employees that used to work here are gone. These are a group of new employees and it's really disappointing that a location that I go to every day I won't be ever again! I mean it. This happened...

My name is Mark. I give all negative ratings, I am a regular customer at this Starbucks, but after yesterday’s July 1st, 2025 incident, I will never return. The supervisor (who only gave her name as "Angel" after I asked) was extremely rude, refused to provide a way to give feedback in-store, and yelled at me when I inquired. Another employee, who identified herself as "Tamy," aggressively approached me, got in my face and demanded I leave—all because I asked where I could submit feedback about the terrible service.
What’s worse, "Angel" pretended not to understand me, even though I spoke clearly and politely. The hostility, lack of professionalism, and outright disrespect in front of other customers were shocking. I’ve always appreciated the baristas here, but this experience has completely ruined my trust in this location.
Starbucks claims to value customer service, but this was outright discrimination and intimidation. I will be taking this matter to corporate and encourage others to avoid this store if they expect basic decency.
I'm pretty sure that this place has video surveillance where it all...
