I'd rate service 0 stars if I could; I've had better customer service experiences at the DMV on their worst days. I've been to this location twice now, both times being among the most disappointing of any time I've visited a CJ's. Same cashier lady both times too. My coworker and I thought it was strange that the cashier started speaking to him in Spanish even though we were just speaking to each other in English right next to her. He happens to be Hispanic but doesn't speak Spanish. She kinda got an attitude there after he tried to use a coupon for a $7 hangover bundle and she said it didn't work. Apparently she didn't know what item he wanted? I thought the QR code took care of that. And shouldn't she have asked? Anyway, I showed her how to use the coupon code since I read the fine print that included employee instructions to add all items separately. And I don't even work there...never have! She handed us both what I later confirmed to be medium cups even though the coupon said any size drink. She didn't ask us anything other than "anything else?" Later I asked for ranch and she just said "it's in there" and dismissed me. Read moreI had a very frustrating visit to this Carl's Jr. location. My food was ruined when an open ranch sauce packet spilled all over the contents of the bag. When I brought this to the attention of Norma, the manager on duty, she was completely unhelpful. Norma refused to offer a remake or a refund. She was also very unprofessional, repeatedly interrupting me and refusing to provide any information regarding the restaurant's policy or how I could contact corporate customer service. The issue was not just the ruined food, but the manager's unwillingness to be reasonable or provide any kind of solution. Read moreI ordered through drive thru and got a superstar meal, a famous star meal with no sauce and no onion, also a kids cheeseburger meal. Got home to find out that they put sauce in my famous star hamburger and no meat in the kid cheeseburger it was just cheese. I literally had to drive for them to make it fresh. I asked for the inconvenience of me driving all the way home and coming back can I get three shakes. The guy said he couldn't do that just make refresh. This was the worst service I've ever had in fast food. I don't think I'll come back to support this Carl's Jr. The staff didn't make me satisfied and give me anything for the inconvenience, which shows poor management.
