$10.66 for a small Fry, small drink and a piece of chicken in a bun. No lettuce tomatoes or cheese? Extremely poor value for the price! The advertisement is misleading for the upgrade chicken sandwich with the lettuce tomatoes and bacon? The price difference was under a dollar. But Why would I want bacon on a chicken sandwich? I wouldn't. Hamburgers yes... why no lettuce and tomatoes? that option wasn't available apparently. Received attitude when I went back to ask why there wasn't lettuce and tomatoes on the chicken, so I asked for a refund. Was going to be charged for the fries I ate first because they were barely warm and cold fries are no good. And for the drink I had two drinks out of. I said this review would be made to corporate. In the end... they get 2 stars instead of 1 because I had to go back and deal with a simple matter of lettuce and tomato. From a misleading advertisement on the ordering board. They added tomato and lettuce and replaced my fries. Good job on the management for making it right. It's not their fault for overpriced low quality food. But get this. One meal that cost 10.66 almost covers $15 an hour employment. It's no wonder no one wants to work. People will stop going to fast food at these restaurant prices getting low quality food. I'm not eating at Carl's Jr. Again. FYI I was an assistant manager my senior year in high-school at Hardies (Carl's jr) 32 years ago. The quality of food was much better then and it was more than half the price less. It was also $3.35 an hour pay. If anyone hasn't noticed the ratio to pay and cost of food is about the same. But...

The young girl named Melody doesn’t speak English so every time I go she always charges me for 4/5 items and at the window I have to spend 10 minutes explaining I just ordered 1 sandwich. Also the other Mexican lady she’s an older lady she has very bad customer service!!! Avoid this place at all costs because of her. She refused to give me ketchup and ranch!! I ordered two items and she told me I’m only allowed to have one sauce ..either ranch or 2 ketchups. I cannot believe she was serious!! And another time she only gave me my sandwich and no fries although I ordered both and have a receipt, she instead was talking so loud to me infront of customers that maybe I was the one who never ordered fries in the first place.. absolutely ridiculous when I’m showing her the receipt with fries I paid for… the services is ridiculous!!!!! I’m a shy person so her yelling at my face for no reason infront of others ruined my whole day. No respect at all and the two ladies I’m referring to have no integrity! I vowed never to return to this place 1 year ago do to my horrible experience there (read previous experience below). This morning I decided to give them another chance. Would you believe these lazy scum bags decided it was just too much effort to cook up some potatoes to put in the burrito. It's not like the forgot, they made the decision not to. They all need to be fired.

Previous review So I arrived at 10:30 to get my burrito. The drive through lady greeted me asking if I wanted the breakfast special, then said 'oh, breakfast is over. I asked if they had enough left over for a burrito, she said yes. So I ordered my country burrito as I do almost everyday at the same time. She then said she couldn't do it (after whispering to her manager for a minute). So after wasting my time and ruining my morning, I had to start work late with no breakfast.
