I've been eating plant-based all month but, was so hungry and decided to get some fries and breakfast jack sandwiches when I checked my coupon options. 1 any size fries for $1.49 on the coupon and 2 breakfast Jack's buy 1 get one for $3.29. I sat in the driveway for at least 15 minutes before the car ahead received their order and began to drive away. I finally made it to the speaker to place my order and the cashier/clerk asked me if I could wait. I probably waited another 3 minutes then he said what would you like. I told him I had coupons and wanted the fries 🍟 and 2 breakfast jacks BOGO. When I told him I would like the eggs scrambled instead of fried he started ringing up additional eggs. I tried explaining that it shouldn't cost more and he said the coupon wasn't working and he said just pull up to the window and maybe my bill will be less with the coupons at the window & I said it certainly will be. I think he had rang up about $7 -$8 total + change. When I pulled up to the window I handed him the coupons and he was still adding up scrambled eggs in addition to the ones that come on the sandwich which I already intended to toss the Canadian bacon off of them both once received. When I explained to him that I have never been overcharged to have the eggs scrambled and had been to Jack in the box for many years. He sarcastically asked if I had a receipt for that. I asked him if he was seriously asking me that & realized he was definitely trying to be funny and rude at the same time. I said you need to figure out how to ring up my food correctly or go get your manager so they can help you figure it out. He said you want me to get my manager? I said Yes, get all of them, bring everyone. So he came back to the window but, it remained closed while he spoke to 3 people to male and 1 female. They finally opened the window and I explained to Sandra what I needed, the name I received from my corrected receipt. She told me no problem and within a few more minutes I received my food prepared properly as I ordered it and for the correct price which was only $5.20. It's disappointing that I had to give 1 star for service but, it's because I had a very long wait in line for this entire experience, the customer rep/cashier was improperly trained and unable to efficiently take my order, he was young in age and was rude for asking me if I had a receipt & telling me maybe my cost would go down if my coupons work. I do appreciate management stepping in and resolving the issue but, it created a horrible experience on a day that I chose to patronize their business and grab a quick bite to eat, not knowing it would becuch a complicated & time consuming situation...
Read moreI used to frequent here before work during the week, no more! The person they have here in the mornings is abrasive and needs more training to do his job properly. My one star rating is not due to a single incident, rather a series of incorrect orders and overall bad attitude on the part of this employee. To begin with, this person never willingly gave me a receipt for my purchase's. Why, I do not know. When I asked for a copy he bacame irritated and would always run a reprint instead of just ripping the copy from off the printer. Again I have no idea, except maybe that it had his name and the corporate number on the original. On many occassions he would get orders incorrect, forgetting items, bacon instead of sausage although he double checked and repeated back to me "sausage", etc. He seemed unfamiliar with the order process, forgetting on several occassions to ask about accompanying items i.e. pancakes or english muffin on the country scramble breakfast. While many times I simply let it go and did not complain to anyone, I felt that this was somehow becoming deliberate. The day I finally blew my top and went back in, from work, at 6am, to complain with the dish to correct my order which had ham instead of sausage, english muffin instead of mini pancakes and no butter or syrup for mini pancakes. It was remade and I was offered a desert for compensation. Really? At 6am? Not to mention this was from the who i believe was the restaurant manager. . . Hmmmm. Anyhow, I get back to work and behold, sausage, check. Syrup, butter, check, mini pancakes? Mini pancakes? Nope. Still wrong. Yeah, not going back till this guy is gone. I mean c'mon, I know its early but you have a job. So do I you are supposed to make it easier not more frustrating in the morning to do...
Read moreCustomer service is terrible, My order is wrong every single time I order more than 2 things, and the lines are always crazy due to how slow the drive thru workers take/understand your order & have you waiting to pay for quite a while. No sense of urgency or apologies or anything from anyone either, they just get to you when they get to you, and your looked at crazy if you try to get your order fixed. And they haven't given nor offered a receipt ever since COVID-19 began, so I can never double check anything or get my order corrected with ease without an argument about what I just ordered & paid for/needed. This establishment in particular should be shut down or re managed atleast. Hire more staff and better management!
UPDATE: came in last night 4/21/24 after not coming by for quite some time due to my last experience, and ordered the new double stacked bacon cheeseburger since I normally order chicken things, I wanted to try something new. The combo for the burger came out to around $16.00 and something, to which I was surprised but wanted to taste it anyway. The burger was disgusting, smelled kind of funny and tasted exactly like dog food. I was so sad that I did not taste it right there at the establishment so that I could have gotten it immediately switched out before getting all the way home hungry and with only this meal in hand. It is now the next morning and I still have the burger and fries, the drink was the only good tasting thing. Don't disappoint yourself like I did with the new double stacked bacon cheeseburger, it's gross to...
