DO NOT STAY HERE - CHOOSE MOTEL 6 OR SUPER 8. THIS PLACE IS GROSS!!!! I don't know how anyone gave higher than 1 star. I don't usually ever leave reviews, but this hotel is so gross I had to. I don't even understand how this hotel can still be in business. I was put in a room with a broken shower, a/c that barely blows and won't even get the room cold. The wifi doesn't work. Stains on bedding, sheets, blankets, walls. Shower is peeling. Hangers have rust on them. Lamp shades have holes. Carpet has stains of I don't know what. Towels in bathroom look like they were just thrown onto the rack. Visible dust on surfaces. All other reviews talk about roach infestation which thank God I haven't seen any in my room yet. I usually frequent budget hotels when I travel and I usually stay at Motel 6's. I had called to try to book an room at the La Quinta Inn close by, but the agent told me it was full and said this Travelodge was available and was a nice hotel. Bad customer service because she straight up lied. This hotel is HORRENDOUS.

I have been driving 12 hours and have 10-12 tomorrow. I am exhausted and worn out and just wanted to sleep or I would demand a refund (despite the no refund sign, that should have been a red flag) and go elsewhere. This room is disgusting and falling apart. I was very much looking forward to a shower, but since the one above me is leaking through the ceiling that's not an option. The bathroom is one giant puddle from the ceiling leaking. The mini fridge doesn't work and the thermostats is completely pulled out leaving loose wires and it wreaks like crazy. The room in general is just dingy and rundown. And the pool which I had promised my kids is apparently out of order but no mention of that until I had already paid. On the plus side I will be getting on the road very early tomorrow, but this place should not be in business. I think a visit from the health inspector is in order.

If I can rate this motel a NEGATIVE 000000.. etc i would. Was super skeptical the first night! Walked in to the room (non smoking) smelled like cigarettes.. rugs should be cleaned more better with some scented powder!! Sheets had holes and stains! Bathroom was rusty and musty... although great areas surrounding this place. Decided to extend one more night and unfortunately I came across this BUG on the wall while eating my food! Highly upset. Done packed all my belongings and asked for a refund.. only had the refund for the second night even though I couldn’t bare sleeping there.. this place NEEDS TO BE DEMOLISHED... but I guess you get what you pay for......

I didn't book this room, would have steered clear if i had read the other reviews. I want to leave a thorough review for all those who would like to know what to expect. I will start with the negative. The room we stayed in had many issues and was super gross. Non-smoking room smells like a casino in Vegas. The sheets, blanket, and pillow cases all had dirt and very clear stains on them. Like piss stains. And dirt that looked like they'd been used to wipe a dirty window down. We asked for new clean sheets, they seemed better. No dirt, less staining. The carpet is extremely dirty. Luckily i brought rubber slides so i never walked on it. Do not recommend using bare feet. It has a very distinct residue that it leaves on your feet. The door had a hook lock, but it could probably come right off if using any force. Wobbly. The security lock did not work. If youre traveling solo especially as a woman, this is not safe. Toilet was dirty at walking in. Had to wipe it down. My bf also had to tighten the seat as it was just about to fall off. Ceiling light had a cool rave function if you turned it off wrong. Just strobe mode. Super strange. Bath tub/shower stained and filthy. Shower head was set at a height for anyone under 5 foot. So if youre short, youll have a decent time. And finally, just like the other reviews, the roaches. Luckily we only SAW one. Killed it on their carpet. Named it Michael. But roaches are pretty much the most unacceptable part of this. All the rest of this I would expect from a low budget hotel. I know im not staying in the Hilton. However, roaches are never acceptable in any business. Now for the few positives. Staff were all very nice. Didnt have a bad moment with any of them. Though it's pretty clear they need to have someone new to clean and manage the building. Tv and a/c worked. Didnt try the wifi. However, the ac was wonky and the dials were loose and broken. And the air that came out of it smelled..... not great. But we got the room cooler thank god. The toilet flushed well. The handle was a bit wonky. But, if you do a #2, itll go down thankfully. And even though the shower head was below my shoulders, the water pressure was actually really great. And the hot water gets there pretty fast! Like 7 seconds. Which was all quite surprising. Water quality wasnt gross. Water coming out of tap didnt have a funky smell or leave skin feeling gross. Wouldnt drink it, but didnt mind showering in it. Fridge was great! Was cold! And actually wasnt disgusting on the inside. Didnt use microwave but seemed clean. Power outlets worked, but only had outlets on one side of room. Not a big deal but would be nice to have an outlet on each side of the bed. Despite the roaches, we checked the mattress and didnt find bed bugs. Id have left immediately if we had. Though the mattress itself was full of questionable stains. The insides of the pillows also had funky questionable stains as well. But at least no bed bugs. And for the neutral: Outside of building looked like a low budget hotel. Many of the other residents were smokers. A few of them were descent enough to throw their butts in a provided receptacle, however many did not. There are signs all over asking not to toss butts and trash on the ground, but there they were anyway. This is not the fault of building except i would probably recommend they put ash trays on each level. Also, wasnt a big fan of walking out of my room to have a cloud of smoke smack me in the face. But it is what it is. The folks who stay here are also an interesting group as well. But also not the building's fault. Just what this kind of building attracts. Anyway, this place mostly needs to invest in new sheets and bedding. Also most importantly take care of the roach problem.

For my normal travelers, look for somewhere else. Would never stay there...

This place is such a pit! First off, I didn't even pick this place. Hotwire/Expedia screwed up & selected this crap facility when I had chosen the one on Arden Way. That aside, the rooms here are filthy. My first night here I got sick as a dog! Woke up with the worst sore throat & sinus congestion that was unbelievable! I pulled the cover off the heat/ac unit to find dirt, grime, mold, & filth so thick on the fins of the unit that when I tried to wipe it down, what little I could get to release, rolled up on itself & fell on the floor. The shower & tub are stained & there is dust & dirt caked up around the lip of the stall. I'm only 5'3" & my head nearly hit the shower head. I was originally looking forward to a bath, but the tub wouldn't hold water. They give you cake soap, but no shampoo or conditioner, no lotion, nothing extra. Glad I brought my own! Using the toilet was a real joy. Not only do they not provide decent toilet paper, but even as thin & flimsy as it was, the toilet would not flush it in under 3 flushes! I've heard of low flow toilets, but this is ridiculous! It uses more water than just having a normal toilet. Went to climb into bed...not only was the comforter covered in cigarette burn holes, but the sheet was too. I stripped back the comforter before I climbed in because I know better than to put these things up against my face in any hotel. There was HAIR caught between the comforter & the sheet!!! The comforter certainly wasn't clean & I have my doubts about the sheets even being washed! There are pink & black stains on them. I don't even want to know! I purposely put the DND tag on the door as soon as we got here because I do not want anyone in my space for any reason, they clearly don't do any cleaning so they have no reason to be in my room. They knocked on our door anyway & gave my husband hell about us being paid through the rest of the day! WTH? Really??? We are not the crackheads living on the 2nd floor. Yes, that was the other treasure we discovered...the whole 2nd floor of this place is FULL of potheads & crackheads. At least they were quiet, for the most part. Oh & their "free" wi-fi isn't free. If you want to actually be able to get online, you have to pay for it. Do yourselves a favor...pay a little bit more & get into a Hampton Inn or Fairview. Stay away from this place at all costs! I would have packed up our stuff & left, but it would have changed all the costs of the rest of our package & we could not afford the increase in charges to rebook everything separately. I don't even know how this hole got a 2...

Ok...so it's been a while since I've found a reason to review anything. But this Travelodge location, under new management, has renewed my faith in the hospitality industry. So there's this guy, Ron, he works the front desk, and I gotta say, he was amazing. So understanding, so professional, so helpful that when I was about to lose my mind dealing with this 3rd party nightmare of a phone call he stepped in and tried to figure out what happened to my reservation. In the end his understanding and calm nature made my 4 hour check in ordeal easy and headache free. It's not just Ron, the new managers are also super helpful and willing to work with the guests. Now I know the location isn't the best, but I will say it's a convenient spot right off the freeway and close to alot of needed business...talking like walking distance close. And it's quiet. The housekeeping team is on point daily for all your room needs from towels to trash. So if you're looking for a reasonably priced room in a quiet location close to lots of stuff and has employees willing to help and are downright awesome, this is the place. Thank you to Ron and the whole team here at Travelodge. Update on the rooms! They're renovating! New paint? Check. New carpet? Check. New TV? Check. Not everything is brand spanking new but one step at a time people, am I right? The new management is doing a fabulous job making this a nice comfortable place to lay your head and relax. Ron is still up front and still doing an AMAZING job making guests feel welcome with the friendliest smile... and Tony working the night shift is a new face to me but just as helpful and understanding as Ron. Remember Ron, day shift... Tony, night shift. Keep up the excellent work too the crew and staff. OOOHHH! I almost forgot! You can get a room with another room inside the room! I know... sounds confusing... like the movie Inception, but they have rooms with a separate bedroom inside. With a door for privacy and everything! And Ron said the new management with be adding more of those to...
