Got my 3/4ths order incorrect. I had to repeat myself multiple times when giving my order. Then when I got my order my drink with no ice had ice. Which I immediately had them fix. I then got the rest of my order and went to eat since u was on my lunch. I didn't think to check my back or I would have found that my burger was not wrapped in lettuce like I asked nor was I given the criscut fries I asked for. I saw the normal fries first and just shrugged it off cause I was hungry. I finished the fried before opening the burger where I found it had a bun. At that point I was quite upset so I called the store and told them what happened. They made me a new one barely in time before my lunch ended. When they brought me the replacement to my car they asked for the other burger back. Now had we not been in the middle of covid procedures I wouldn't have an issue with this i know people will try to scam for free food. I just hope they threw that burger away and didn't serve it. I opened it and touched it and I may know I'm not sick but that still wouldn't be okay. Very upset that the only part of my order that was correct was my nachos. Will not return to...

This location never has any cars which worries me, buuuut everytime I come they have great service and are so nice! However today I ordered my 2 orders of nuggets and the way I ordered them I can see why they messed up so I went in and the manager fixed it to where I just paid the difference to get my two orders of six piece nuggets. I went inside also though because I was already waiting for my food to be made and they told me to wait around the corner period and when I went in it didn't take long I got my order and they gave me my nuggets but when I got my nuggets there was one missing and the lady in the back look like she was irritated that I needed to get another one made which yes it was only one nugget which seems little amount but it was still the point because I already had to reorder them and then on top of that they missed one and I wasn't going to wait another 10 minutes for just one nugget so I left. I appreciate them because the manager handle the situation very well when I did need to get my orders and the guy in the Drive-Thru was very very nice to talk to and very polite but it just seemed like it could have been a...

I literally just got done ordering. I was on my way to work, and couldn't turn around to talk to them, but I tried to call and got voicemail. It took 15 minutes for them to make mine and my husband's meals. When they finally got done they didn't even give us the option if we wanted any kind of sauce or not. They closed the window fast. My husband took a couple fries out (he got a number 4 large) and they were stale and cold. The burger had a long hair in it, both our hair is medium shoulder length. Disgusting!! But I ordered a grilled chicken burrito with rice, beans, and tortilla chips. The rice was not cooked all the way, it was hard and crunchy, I tried to suck it up, but when I found two long hairs in my burrito is when I couldn't eat it. We just spent $21 and some change on something we couldn't eat! This is disgusting. I'm so disappointed. I can't even get ahold of them to get my money back. Worst place to eat ever.
