Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in California

Let me start off by saying I always treat fast food workers or anybody with respect, my Cashier was “Manny” & she was a Spanish descent woman. To begin with she was hella rude and not welcoming at all. So, some Carl’s Jr are collabed with the taco place, I forget what they’re called. But I asked if they had tacos because I didn’t see them, and She gave me a rude “No, We don’t sell tacos”. So I asked for a meal with the 5 piece chicken tenders and a shake.. it came out to almost $20 which is ridiculous..and I’m not paying that for 5 little pieces of chicken and a shake and fries. So I asked her, if it would be cheaper if I take the fries off, and she looks at me like she’s irritated and just shakes her head and says I don’t know. Reluctantly, she ends up taking the fries off and it was a few dollars cheaper..so I paid and got my food. Right after me was a Mexican customer that spoke Spanish, that she just so happened to be hella friendly too while I was watching, waiting for my food at the table. I never usually leave reviews, but the disrespect & how rude she was to me is not how people want to be welcomed when they come and get their food, let alone have that same person making their food. One thing I can say is the restaurant was very clean, but that’s the only damn positive thing I have to say about this place. It’s obsurd how people can immigrate from another country, to come out to America, and treat Americans like they despise them. Especially when We show them so much respect as I did. The worst Carl's jr I have ever visited, I have never been to this location and had my order made correctly, or fresh, we usually go a considerable distance out of our way to placerville to avoid this awful restaurant. Soggy stale fries today, we asked for ranch and ketchup-neither were provided. Fried zucchini isn't all that great without ranch sauce, service is piss poor, a monkey with a spatula would be a vast improvement over the best member of this restaurant's crew. I in the past have worked in the food service industry and understand that mistakes happen, but cannot fathom the gross negligence that leads to the complete and utter failure that this location of Carl's jr maintains on an order to order basis leaving the customer to suffer through a long line of sheer disappointment and waste of their hard earned money. Every time I go to this location, they always seem short staffed. I ordered 2 meals, both with fries and a drink. One meal had special modifications on it like a fresh baked bun which you're charged for and then no pickles or onions. When I got home and opened the bag to pull the food out, they had given us one meal, no second set of fries and the other burger we got didn't even have the fresh baked bun even though there was the special sticker on the wrapper for it. I never received a receipt and when I called the store to complain about the food that I hadn't received, the number just forwards to some weird machine thing and you're not able to talk to anyone or leave a message or anything.
