Cilantro's Mexican Food — Restaurant in California

Food was ok, I had the chimi changa burrito plate, very little meat and filling the burrito look big but mostly it was the flour tortilla rolled up, it was ok but I bit down on a rock that was either in the burrito or refried beans. Rice was terrible couldn't eat it. My husband thought he give the posole a try because he never had it before. We didn't think the posole had french fries in it? It taste ok the rice was again terrible!I don't think will be eating there anytime soon. The place needs a cleaning, look up on the ceiling fans ceiling. Yuk needs a...

Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They gave me something different than what I ordered, what I when back to the counter they said “well that’s all we have” and he expected me to just eat it. It’s not what they had advertised on their pictures and it’s not what I paid for. The guy at the counter acted as if they were doing me a favor and not like I’m a paying customer. The cooks were more respectful and gave me something different. I Tried their tacos and they had no flavor. Definitely not...

Too bad there is no ZERO stars. My elderly mother told the cashier that her food was too watery. She asked to speak with a manager. The cashier grimaced, refused to get a manager, yelled a few hostile phrases and said that Cilantro's does not give refunds, replace or, remake meals. Her attitude brought to mind horror stories about consequences of expressing dissatisfaction with food. Namely, SPIT, SNOT, BOOGERS and WORSE IN YOUR FOOD ! Needless to say we simply opted to leave.
