So this place is my favorite because of the quality and quantity for the buck I am paying. . Have you ever feel so thirsty and when other places serve a large or regular drink which is average 16 0z to 20 0z and it's gone in a min or two. But this places serves 30 oz big cups and for the same amount price as other places from 450 to 6 bucks. And the drink lasts way longer than a couple sips. . So I like kumquat green tea which is very refreshing during the summer time. My choice of topping is aloe but sometimes I want something chewy then I do the boba ;) or cool tea balls which is different than chewy. As well you can customize your sweetness and ice level. The sweetness I choose is usually 0 or 30 percent. The 0 is already sweetened from the syrup they use for the kumquat but of course it's a bit more citrusy than usual and eith 30 percent sweetness it gives the drink a little more well balance in sweet and sour. . My mom favorite is their roasted milk tea with black jello and we like to add on boba. This drink is good but is filling because of the toppings. It's a great drink for movies or if your wanting to sip on something that lasts longer. . Oh and fyi the big drinks compare to regular size drinks are only 50 cents more so I usally stick with large. . On hot days during weekend be prepare to wait because drinks are ok...

I'm a hardcore milk tea drinker, so when I moved to Sacramento from the Bay Area I searched long and hard for a good milk tea place as yummy as ChaTime and T4.
I found a few places here that I like such as Tapioca and Tea, but they didn't have Roasted Milk Tea :/
I come to this plaza often and noticed they were opening a bubble tea place here, little did I know they would serve the one drink I've been craving for since I moved here! ^_^
And so I guess the grand opening was couple days ago.
As I am writing this I am still feeling excited to finally have a ROASTED MILK TEA place in Sacramento. This place is probably the first! FINALLY! Thank you Cool Tea Bar! __ I'm so excited I said ROASTED MILK TEA like 4 times in this review already, lmfao
Anywho, It's pretty good but next time I'll ask for extra sugar. It has the taste of roasted milk tea but wasn't as sweet as I would have liked it. Other than that I believe that this place will be "my new spot".
Also the wifi password was on my receipt but it was incorrect so I couldn't use it :( However customer service was very friendly and were quick and prompt with our drinks! Another awesome thing is that they're open...
Read moreCool Tea Bar used to be my favorite place to come for milk tea but over the years service and quality has fallen by the wayside. Today I came in for a quick #1 Roasted Milk Tea with Grass Jelly. Took almost an hour. At first I didn't mind waiting because my kid was playing with the games until I realized it was half an hour later and I still didn't have my drink. No notice was given to any of the 15 other waiting customers. The staff here have zero customer service. They gave no explanation as to why drinks were taking so long and didn't apologize either. The years of declining service and the rise of many newer places that actually want my business, I'm sorry to say this will be my last visit here. Good luck to you if this is how you...
