I am a customer & a doordasher of Bober. After today I will no long support. My girlfriend went inside. Only customer in the store. There was 2 employees, the The feminine boy & a girl . They were just laughing. Both saw she was standing there. (4mins)No acknowledgement. Until another customer comes in Behind her!!! &the boy asked “doordash pick up?” Looking right past my her! Then the girl finally says “for pick pick up or order” super rude. Then my gf stated “waiting to order “ then she replied again in a rude tone “you can’t order here you have to order there” pointing at the kiosk. Normally we order online & then pick up. This is our first experience in person ordering. When the drinks were finally done the boy set the drinks down. Called her name& walked away from the front counter quickly. On top of that it wasn’t even the complete order. We ordered a doughnut, when she told him he responded “oh you did!?!” Sarcastically. My girl is very sweet/ well mannered person. So I called to ask when a manager comes in. To which she said “is there something I can help you with?” When I said no & Insisted what time the manager comes in. She hung up. And when I tried to call again it went straight to voicemail. Which leads me to believe she blocked my number and that is very unprofessional. Train your staff better on customer service. Read moreUsed to love this place. Ive been going here for years this past year they fell off badly. Just a bunch young employees who are not competent. I ordered a large drink, which is my usual for years. The lady handed me a small drink. Yet, I was charged for a large. Me thinking they made a simple mistake, I then go back in and say” Hey, I think you gave me a small” Her response: oh yeah, we ran out of larges so I gave you a small with less ice??? So you knew I was charged for a large, but you decided to give me a small and giving me “less ice” that is unacceptable. And it was NOT less ice btw! then last night they gave me a Boba drink with barely any Boba. I probably only ate four Boba’s no lying. I even told the lady that I don’t see any Boba prior to walking out and she said she thinks that is because its “the type of drink I got you cannot see the Boba”, but it’s in there. Ma'am, ive been getting this drink for years! It’s like they gave me a teaspoon of Boba. The staff is lazy they’re ruining this company. Not to mention, it is so filthy in that place. it’s ridiculous. I asked to use the bathroom and it was so nasty. I decided to hold it and their floors are disgusting. Not buying...
Read moreDrinks are fine. The speed they make them is intolerable slow. Takes about 20 minutes to make two cup of drinks when the number of staff is more than the number of customer. Never even seen any drink shop splits the kitchen into two parts. Seal machine is inside, boba is on the outside. Some tea is made is made is inside, some of not. So they have to pass drinks in and out. TBH, not very smart for selling drinks. Whoever takes the order also has to make the drink which will slow the process once more. And it will get messed up from time to time. 2 staff in Happy lemon can make at least 10 drinks in 5 minutes. 5 staff here can’t even make 2 drinks in 10 minutes. Hiring almost triple the people and not even functioning at half of the speed is simply crazy
Get rid of the donuts please, no one is buying them.
