I was offered Mother's Day dinner from my daughter at Cosmos. We decided to order take out and come home and enjoy the meal and the remainder of the day.
Instead of ordering online we called it in. We specifically said, veal parmesan, no marinara sauce and mushroom risotto. As we got there to pick up the food, I looked inside the bag to find out there's marinara sauce on the veal. They offered to make a new one. Now we're waiting again another 15 minutes. They make the new one, quickly looked at it, took it home, opened it up to find the veal was so greasy there was so much oil in the bottom of it and just looking at the veal you could see grease wreaking from the breading. The risotto was not mushroom it was now plain risotto. I had to call truck on back because we paid cash to talk to the manager. Even after opening the veal at the restaurant and after this much time, you could still see the grease wreaking from the veal.
The manager explained that they had several complaints and they were no longer serving the veal. And that she chose a new vendor. But the fact of the matter is, grease on the bill has nothing to do with your vendor. Getting the wrong risotto has nothing to do with me ordering the wrong food again.
Of course the manager offered to replace the meal, but at this point it was two strikes, you're out. I have no desire to wait another 15 minutes to have to drive home for something that should have taken 15 minutes in total taking over an hour of my time. The best I got was my money back.
Granted it was Mother's Day and they were way over booked. It made my daughter's intent, a sad occurrence of food service, instead of a happy one, but cant ruin her sweet thought. I may forever think of this restaurant in a whole different light or just turn off the light and shade them as I have! People needed to hear this.
The one positive thing I can say right now, is the staff at the greeting desk is very sweet and they handled the crowd well. I had no interactions with any waiters to make comment.

The food is a crowd pleaser. Delicious. But when your oder catering and are PROMISED some very necessary items in order to serve them at your function and the restaurant falls through. Kind of a bummer. Party 1) they just straight up didnt give us the promised chafing dishes and sternos. We moved on and made the best of it. Ordered again for another function that we were hosting. After them not confirming the day before like they promised I scrambled to confirm. My husband went to pick up. Food was ready. But the promised chafing dishes were not ready and in storage. They also did not have ANY sternos on hand again, as promised. So my husband had to scramble to find a store with sternos as directed by the manager. This was discussed prior and promised both times by the person who took the order. Unfortunately my husband showed up very late into the party because he had to find the sternos. Overall disappointed in the customer service and organization in the catering. Read moreWe joined our friends at your restaurant on September 23, 2023. We were given menus when we sat down and it was over 45 minutes before she returned to take our order. My husband asked her about the chipotle sausage pasta and she said it was very mild. Not hot. She finally brought us our drinks which we consumed, and my husband asked for a refill. She took his glass and never returned with it. When we finally put our order in, we sat there for almost an hour, waiting for our food. When we asked her where our food was, she went to the kitchen, came back and said "oh the ticket fell on the floor they’re making it now". When we finally got our order, my husband was very disappointed because his dinner was quite hot. Our friends, who invited us to join them at your restaurant, said they have never had such poor service. When we finally received our bills our friend's salad was on our check. Nothing seemed to go right at this dinner. I would like to return. The food was very good, but the service was probably the worst we have ever had.
