I hate to complain. You will see most of my reviews are good ones. Mediocre service/products don't merit a review one way or the other. It takes a lot to get me to write a bad review, But Debs Frosty does warrant a bad review. The hot pastrami sandwich with cheese required us going back in for the....cheese. ugh...
The patty melt was unremarkable, and the chocolate milkshake was made with chocolate soft serve (instead of vanilla soft serve with chocolate syrup. I mean...cmon)

Ā Ā Ā Read more5:00pm holiday weekend, 1car leaving, ours was the only one left. Looks like the place was closing, the very nice girl says it's been dead all day and prob gonna close @ 6pm. 2 personal red flags. A lot to choose from the tasty looking menu, had a clean bathroom & ordering counter. Food was pricey should be good at least, right? Disappointingly not. $37+ tip for a family of 4. They will say their closing at 6pm, you can show up at 5:15pm and they'll already be closed. The inside is always freezing in the winter and hot in the summer. It's dirty, they don't turn all the lights on and you can tell the oil in the fryer gets used a little to long. It's sad because the burgers are good, and Diamond Springs desperately needs more restaurants, but this one is ridiculous. Why own a restaurant if you won't even stay open...
