We recently moved to Fallbrook and have been craving a good donut, specifically apple fritters, but hadn't found a good place. After researching online for one we found the Donut Pantry. It had high reviews, was just a short drive from our house and was known for having the best apple fritters so we decided to give it a try. We went on Saturday morning around 10am and from the look of their donut selection Saturday mornings were busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were bummed to find out they had sold out of apple fritters but decided to get a dozen just to try. We ordered their buttermilk donuts both original and chocolate glazed, chocolate sprinkle chocolate cake donuts, their coconut chocolate cake, peanut chocolate cake and multi color sprinkle chocolate cake. OH MY GOSH these were the best donuts we've ever eaten. They were crunchy on the outside but still moist and fluffy on the inside. They were sweet but not overly sweet like Krispy Kreme. The coconut chocolate were our favorite. We wanted to try the apple fritters so we went the next day, Sunday and got 4. The staff remembered us from the day before and were very friendly. We got a few new ones since we went earlier and their stock was much fuller. We tried their original chocolate glazed, custard chocolate glazed, the coconut chocolate cake and chocolate chocolate cake. The apple fritters were again the best that we've ever eaten and we are apple fritter experts. They were super crunchy, almost like funnel cakes, but yet soft and moist on the inside. They had a good amount of apples and the overall size of fritters were huge. Just a tip they are a cash only so make sure you have it or stop at an ATM beforehand. They do have one in their store but I'm not sure if they charge a debit fee. Overall if you're looking to get a quality donut and apple fritter I HIGHLY recommend trying the Donut Pantry. I recently had the pleasure of visiting the delightful donut shop, "Donut pantry ," and I must say, it was an absolute delight for the taste buds! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the inviting aroma of freshly baked donuts, and my anticipation soared.

Went there they advertised a dozen donut for 9$ and some change so i asked for half thinking it will be less (keep in mind no hospitality at all) she checks me out saying your total is 9.70 and I look at her and ask if the price was for the half dozen cause it looks like you charged me for a dozen and she said they don't do half dozen only dozen... so I politely ask why didnt you tell me you don't do half dozen I could of got a dozen for the same price and she blankly stares at me and says sorry. When I go to a store I expect the employee to have hospitality and to help you not just try and take every penny. 6 donuts for 9.70 is a ripoff when she could of went hey ma'm if you get a dozen it will be the same price not that hard. I'll never take my family here again worst customer service they just want you in...
