Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in California

The baristas need reform and maybe an actual course on customer service. They have all been rude so far which is a disappointment as this is a new location that’s barely been open a few months. There’s especially a rude young lady with auburn hair, seems to be of a dark ethnicity. When I was ready to pay she rudely asked if I had the app and when I showed her the app to be scanned, she wasn’t even looking at me and was quite literally twiddling her thumbs on her iPad. Seeing as she wasn’t even paying attention, it made me very upset and I decided that I actually didn’t want my drinks afterwards, so I left. My husband and I have tried this location several times since it opened a few months ago. We are not pleased. Our coffees have been wrong two times in a row. Both times, we were in a hurry and couldn't go back to have it fixed. We paid $18 for 2 drinks that we didn't want. His was supposed to be a cocomo, extra sweet, with protein milk, and mine was supposed to be a caramelizer with white chocolate sauce, and protein milk. His had no flavor or sweetness to it at all. It tasted like blended black coffee. Mine tasted slightly like coconut (which I don't even like) but very little sweet. Neither tasted like the protein milk. These coffees are way too expensive to get wrong. Step up your game, Dutch Bros. We've wasted...

I am very upset and disappointed. It was my first time ever visiting Dutch Bros, and the person who helped me was extremely rude, rushing me through my order and rolling her eyes when I asked a question. This is a new location, and they had only one car in the drive-through and about 3-4 employees inside, so there was no need for her to rush us or be rude. I will never be visiting your place again, thanks to this employee. However, I do hope something gets done because she will ruin someone else's day.

I asked for the employee's name, and they refused to give it to me. The girl who took our order was short, had thin black eyebrows, tattoos, and piercings. We ordered at around 5:45 PM. On 4/17/24
