Super rude over-the-phone experience! I actually laughed after I got hung up on because it was so ridiculous! Never gone there before, but heard doughnuts were good. I called just to find out the hours. This was the conversation: "Hi, what are your hours?" "YES! We have everything!" "No, what are your hours? When do you open?" "WE HAVE EVERYTHING!" Click!!!!!! What?!?!? I laugh here. I call back. "Excuse me, you hung up on me before you answered my question. When do you open?" "5:00! OK?" "Ok! Thank you!" Click! Wow! How do people talk to customers like that and stay in business? There was definitely a language barrier present, but that's not offensive. Very nice owners! I had never been here and called ahead to check which donuts they had. When I walked in they have put up glass shields all across to protect for COVID protocol. Also they were wearing masks and everything was clean. The donuts are very delicious!! Some of the best I’ve had in Santa Barbara and I eat a lot of donuts. :)

Also they use eco-friendly boxes! I like that the boxes are not frivolous, and are simple cardboard that can be recycled...
