Jack's In Old Orcutt — Restaurant in California

The food is good but service is not. I wanted to buy a pie. I ask the young girl what they were she was telling me and opened the case I pointed at them what kind was this one. She told me. Then slammed the door closed and said she had to close the door and walked off. I complained and the other lady that helped me I told her. She went and talked to her. Then when she went to get me a pie she said please dont pock the pies. I said what I never touched any of those pies I just pointed at them. She said the other girl told her I was touching the pies I said no! Then I had her box up a pie and I continued to tell her that the last pie I got at other place had no berries. She said our dont either they aren't home made. I said well maybe I dont want that pie,I'm sorry. I could see her face getting mad. I felt bad. So what pie do you want. I said I'll take peach. Dont think I will go back. And I was gonna make this my regular place to get food. Not now. The problem is that little girl got tired of me trying to decide. We were a group of 4 hispanics.1st timers wanting to try something new. We got seated and the waitress was so impatient with us because we had to translate the menu in spanish to a memeber of our group, we could tell she was bothered by us. She kept talking fast to us, i understand she has other people to attend but when i was hearing hef attend othere it was a whole differnt attitude more calm and nicer. When we told her our orders she rolled her eyes while walking away. Idk why she thought we wouldnt see that. We were last to be served when other group table got there after us. She would skip our table and attended others for there needs. We were already uncomfortable half us werent feeling it so we got a to go box. This was honsetly a very big F.U to us. Service started out okay, but slowly, the servers just became less attentive, to not just us but the tables all around us. When my plate finally got to me I went to take a bite and there was a hair in my salmon when I brought it to my servers attention after a couple minutes of waiting for them to come by (mind you it wasn’t busy) they apologized then told us they'd take it off the bill for us, which we thought was pretty nice. So my new plate came out, it was obviously a little more rushed since the other plate was already here, I find that half of it was undercooked, I asked for grilled salmon not sushi… Needless to say I wasn't to happy, after all that it took about 5 minutes before anyone walked the floor again for me to flag someone down for our bill and they completely took back what they said about taking it off the bill and instead discounted the salmon plate $2… $2 for having a hair in the food??
