Jack in the Box — Restaurant in California

Nice Jack In The Box I once had dream probably a few months before my 23rd birthday that it was actually my 23rd birthday and I went to Wells Fargo bank off of McBean Pkwy in the Northpark Village Square shopping center with one of my friends that I used to go to school with at a special needs school outside of SCV even though I've always lived in the SCV almost my entire life but anyways in this dream of mine the Wells Fargo in Northpark Village Square is a Fosters Freeze location and I went there for my birthday as a Fosters Freeze and it gave me the idea that maybe this Jack In The Box location should've been a Fosters Freeze location because Fosters Freeze is only in the state of California,there's not that much shops similar to when there was a Fosters Freeze location in Saugus CA where I reside and there still isn't and there still isn't just the bowling alley and the real last Fosters Freeze location in the SCV in existence is right at the southern base of the Grapevine pass and it's closing who knows when right now it's only open in the drive thru so yeah I still like it as a Jack In The Box but I still kinda think it should've been a Fosters...

Five star review specifically for Edward who served my family in drive thru. The food overall was acceptable but Edward’s immaculate customer service is what would have my family and I coming back. He was very articulate and welcoming when we approached the speaker box, extremely patient with us as we placed our order and repeated back our order flawlessly. Upon reaching the window Edward greeted us again with a warm smile and offered condiments etc for our order. Everyone in the car recognized the EXCELLENT service Edward provided and thanked them for being so caring. Not happy with this place at all i order from here about twice weekly for my lunch break as i work 2 streets over. I always order online so it is ready when i pick it up. Well these last 3 times have been horrible the food isn’t ready when i get there i have to waste my lunch break at wait 10-15 mins for the food even though i ordered ahead of time. To top it off these last 3 times they forget to put the meat on my breakfast sandwich my fries come so cold and stale and haven’t put the right drink for my drink. I will not be coming anymore this last time i ate yesterday really topper off me not...
