I am a regular consumer here because it’s my closest location but I have moved on to the antelope location for several reasons related to customer service. I love to leave reviews for places with outstanding customer service and tend to keep to myself otherwise but here’s my most recent issue. Your capacity is 6 and you require a mask which is understandable BUT every time I came (with mask and respect for capacity) some family gets YELLED at for not having a mask or for the door being open, etc. while nearly every team member has their mask under their nose or is removing it to talk to customers. Last time I was there someone was yelled at because of no mask while two other customers wore theirs on their foreheads. Meanwhile the lead on the shift was taking hers off to talk to them. Enforce guidelines to protect the public , but I hope someone can discuss how to do so tactfully and while following the same rules you reinforce.
My guess is space is an issue at this location, but the antelope store has managed to take orders by setting a booth up OUTSIDE. This allows for any number of customers and protection by having no one enter the store. It’s great! And no one gets yelled at, and the staff all wear the masks.
I forgive almost all businesses for inconsistent use of masks and precautions because it’s all new to everyone BUT they aren’t yelling at customers while breaking the same dang...
Read moreEdit: Management contacted me and replaced my smoothie. It was still not very peanutbuttery which you would expect it to be paying $1 for extra peanutbutter but definitely better than it was that first time. And the employees were all very nice.
workers were ok not rude or anything this was my first time in this special jamba but i always order the same thing everywhere. Medium peanutbutter banana protein with whey protein and extra peanutbutter. Every single time i order this the workers tell me the whey will upgrade it to a large. This time it was poured into a medium cup with plenty left over. I asked if i could get the left overs since they just throw it away and was told no. Apparently this particular jamba juice thinks it is better to throw away products than give the customer a little extra.. also my drink was as white as milk and as runny also. When i asked if they added the extra peanutbutter i paid for since it didnt tastes like it i was told they did... not sure how this is the only time my drink has ever been white before if the extra peanutbutter was added. All in all i wont be back to this store im sure they are fine with that though as they dont seem to care about customer...
Read moreBefore the change in staff this location was a good place to go however the new manager is unpleasant and very rude. She engaged in an argument with a customer over their unwillingness to put the lid on a tumbler. She expressed the reason was due to germs yet they handle the lids of the disposable cups with no issue. When the customer tried to bring this to her attention she stubbornly ignored what the customer said and instead acted unprofessionally replying that the customer should "agree to disagree". The customer was simply letting it be know that their new "policy" is flawed and how backwards it is that you receive less customer service with the tumbler and not more.
