Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in California

I’ll start by saying that I am a big fan of Jersey Mike’s - not my #1 sandwich shop (Port of Subs is) but they are a super close #2. So I was super excited to see one opening in Ramona and I even dropped in on the construction crew to ask when it would be open. That said - my experience with this store has been not so good. It is definitely not up to Jersey Mike’s standards. I have been there 3 times since it opened and purchased a total of 6 sandwiches. My first time in the bread was hard and stale on top and it was drenched in way too much vinegar, I shrugged it off because I figured it was opening weekend and they probably made a bunch of bread ahead of time and I got the unlucky draw. Second time in was equally disappointing. There were 4 customers and I was first in line and it still took nearly 20 minutes to get me out. The girl on the slicer had no idea what she was doing and I wound up with maybe 2-3 slices of each kind of meat on my 13. I didn’t think I would try the store a 3rd time but I took a chance today and ordered using the App. I was happy and impressed that my order was ready when I got there 15 minutes later despite it being very busy. My joy was soon dispelled however - when I got my food home my sandwich was made incorrectly. I won’t be back for a good while guys. Sorry. Hopefully you will get...

TL;DR - This location has gone far and beyond what any other Jersey Mike's has. They're amazing

Quite literally the best Jersey Mikes I've been to, and I've been to dozens. The saff are incredibly friendly, everybody had a genuine smile (not the dead-inside food service smile, y'know?), and the store is clean and comforting to be in - but that's just the start of it.

I had forgotten to ask fot a part of my mother's sandwich on the side since she's sick and very sensitive to certain ingredients. The beyond-kind woman at the register (and I assume manager) went above and beyond to make sure the order was right, and assured me it wasn't a problem at all. She even apologized for sandwich's mistake even though it was MY mess up - I can't thank her and the staff enough.

Oh, and the food was delicious by the way, worth every penny ❤ Thank you so much, I'll be back as often as I can, and my only regret is I can't rate higher...

I ordered at 5:44 PM so I could swing by around 6:00 PM to pick it up and go to work. I work at a hospital for 12 hours with no food options other than a vending machine full of chips. This was supposed to be my only food id be eating that night. Mind you I don’t eat in my sleep so I was without food from 8:30 AM when I went to bed. I was surprised to come in to the store around 6:00 and they didn’t even notice I ordered. They said it would be 4 minutes. I waited until 6:07, watching several in-person customers get their food made before mine was acknowledged. After 6:07, realizing that if I wait any longer I will be late to work, I had to tell them not to bother starting it because I had to leave. Now I’m going 12 hours without a meal because they made me wait so long that our cafeteria was closed by the time I got to work. We’ll see if I get my money and points back… definitely want the...
