Jim's Burgers — Restaurant in California

This establishment has gone down hill tremendously since the passing of the original owner. I remember back then how clean, fast and friendly the service was. The goal, of the now deceased owner, was to make his customers happy and satisfied, he did that just right.

In today’s current ownership, I’ve noticed this place struggle in cleanliness and food handling. One time, I saw an employee spray 409 solution on their range hood whilst the food was cooking. Is that considered safe!!? jNow don’t get me wrong, the interior of this place hasn’t always been that welcoming lol, but I would not dare risk and buy anything from here as I would probably get sicku. I The old Jim’s Burger was so much better and tastier, it’s sad seeing this place...

Ask for receipt they are stealing your money! Late night shift mid-age Obese Female cashier is Auto-tipping without consent, the only way they can auto tip is, it has to be mentioned in your receipt. And it is not. I was charged $15.00 I viewed other customers getting charged flat rate prices example. $20, 5, 15 no cents. Only when charged with card I saw $12.45 Cashier got spooked when I caught up with her mischievous act she would charge and put extra money in tip jar every time a transaction was done. She got mad when I confronted her lol beware they are stealing from .25 cents to $2.00...

Bad service I order the food. The lady walked away and kept me waiting. I don't do business that way. I'm taking my money somewhere else. I'll come back when that lady is fired. I don't bullshit. I take my business very serious. 🤮🤮🤮. I gave it a second chance, still bullshit service. I ordered a sausage burrito 🌯 kept me waiting like always. The lady said " is faste r to cook the burgers" not the burrito. I was the first customer to order but the other got their food first. I hate jim's burgers. If u read this customer's don't go there...
