Iâm a loyal customer to jack in the box but not at this location. I went here during my lunch break from work. I saw that there was a line to order food so I politely asked the woman behind the register if she had a key to the restroom? She replied with a very rude tone in her voice NO. She then walked away and came back I asked her if I needed to be buzzed in or how do I get into the restroom? She told me to wait by the door to the restroom so I did and about 2 minutes later she buzzed me in. Once I got in the restroom place a seat cover down and sat down. She kept buzzing the door open non stop the entire time I was in there. Luckily I had locked the door or my privacy would have been compromised. Once I came out from using the restroom. I went up to the lady behind the register and asked her why she kept buzzing the door if she knew I was in there to using the restroom? She said you were in there for a long time and our bathrooms are for our customers only and thereâs a line for the restroom. I felt so disrespected and embarrassed she was rude and nasty with zero customer service skills I asked her if she was the manager on duty and she said yes. I said to her do you honestly think I want to eat your food here after you were so rude to me? I said absolutely not but thanks anyway. Horrible service at that jack in the box. The "greeting" is a lazy "ha canna help u" đ How about an energetic voice saying "welcome to Jack in the box how can I help you today", or "hi, welcome to Jack may I please take your order?", that used to be the greeting back in the good ol days. Now it's lazy teens that don't even want to be there. I ordered sauce and I'm willing to pay for it. They want to charge even for the sauce that should be included with your purchase. But the girl said she gave me sauce because "she's being super nice to me". C'mon! I'm paying for the food! I'm not asking any favors! I hope the owner checks out the reviews and takes action. Maybe they don't give training anymore to employees. But even without training, common sense and kindness should be part of the qualifications for customer service employees. Ordering 4 different items and yet she was trying to ring up 4 different orders instead. IT WAS JUST ONE ORDER. Husband got annoyed so we pulled up to window instead to explain thinking it was the speaker. WRONG, we tried having patience but sad to say she needs another job. Was charged for our meals but yet their system said denied. Showed proof we were charged and manager had to call owner. In total we wasted over 20 mins in the drive thru for nothing.
