Worst experience ever. I ordered using their app and when checked in they couldnt find me at first. Then cashier found me on his screen so i got my soda cup and waited. Not busy when i arrived but got to be. Others got served who came in after so i went up and inquired. The guy appearing to be in charge said they didnt get my order. I said the cashier found me on his screen but he saud the order didn't go through. We checked my email and found the order confirmation and that i paid. He just said sorry he didn't get the order and there was nothing he could do. He said it was the app and id have to call corporate .🤯 Realuzing he was not going to help me i called the corporate number but being January 1st they were closed. I informed him and he just kept saying he was sorry but there was nothing he could do. I said sure there was he could make me my food as he knew i ordered and paid. He refused saying he didnt want to get fired. After trying to reason with him i got so perturbed i tossed my soda at him. That got other customers involved and once i explained how unreasonable i was being treated one customer offered to buy my meal but i declined as i was too upset to eat and it wasnt another customers responsibility to resolve the issue so i left. I have since written them up on yelp and emailed the corporate office. Only marketing responded and asked for my email to forward but neither them or anyone else has gotten back so i have to now get my bank to reverse the charge. Read moreI just left Jimboys 5874 Antelope Rd, Antelope, Ca 95843. I’ve had bad service from this Particular restaurant many times. But, my husband likes the convenience of the location. So we continue to came back, we patronize this restaurant at least 3 or 4 times a month. But no more! We place or order and waited or our order. When our order was ready, we checked to see if it was all there. And I noticed it had 4 tacos instead of 3 tacos. And 2 taco burgers instead of 3 taco burger. We pointed out the mistake to the cashier. And asked for the missing taco burger. He went to the manger to tell her, then he came back to us to look at our order again. He wanted to take the extra taco out with his gloved hand (that he used on the register). I already should him the order. Then one of the cooks came out to look at our order. Then after ten minutes the manager came out to ask us what was wrong (even though she knew what was wrong). Now the rest of our food is getting cold. After 15 minutes she finally gets our missing taco burger. I don’t know if it’s just us, but I would rather go without eating Jimboys ever again than to go to that restaurant again. I have never walked into a fast food restaurant and have 5 people look at me and don’t acknowledge me at all! Waited at the counter for over 3 minutes (which I don’t care about that) and no one I mean no one even said we will be right with you or even a hello!! Absolutely disgusting behavior considering fast food places are hurting for business right now! I won’t be surprised if this location doesn’t shut down pretty soon!
