Jimboy's Tacos — Restaurant in California

I have been here 5 It's times in Last three and a half months. I think that my order is pretty simple but they have got it wrong 3 of the 5 times. I order a tahoe burrito with no onions and no tomatoes. They always end up putting the onions and the tomatoes on the burrito even after they Repeat the order back to me. This last time really did it for me because I waited In line a total of twenty minutes because I had to go back in line to have them fix my order During a shift change And the lady had the nerve to doubt that I was telling the truth until she seemed the gigantic onions and tomatoes on the burrito. They didn't offer anything to make it right besides to give me besides a new burrito. but now i've wasted twenty minutes plus in your drive through.. I really don't expect anything for free but for you to waste that much of my time and doubt what i'm telling you is pretty funny. Twenty minutes for a burrito It's pretty absurd. I've been going here for a while and enjoy the food for the most part. Although, a few things needs addressing. 1. Some of the staff don't speak English but, they try. 2. Food preparation is inconsistent. ex. (Burrito one day is not the same as the next day. Tacos will get some parmesan one day but not the next. etc..) 3. Homeless outbursts and reactions inside and outside are often a problem. 4. Front counter turnover is very high. (paying too little and expecting too much perhaps?) 5. Prices are a bit high for what you get. Especially if you want to add a side of sour cream or the like and NOT GET VERY MUCH of it. 6. The dining room 'looks' clean but I've seen staff reuse an old rag to wipe every table instead of following the health department recommendations on the best way to clean tables. Used to work here, the people working at watt/auburn location are terrible and mock the customers (even the nice ones) they actively stopped caring about the food about a year in to my work (i was there almost 2 years) their franchise owner breaks the law all the time and refuses to regulate the food properly. The cashiers left there are rude and tend to brush customers off if too busy. The food is cheaper tham it should be and probably isn't safe. Just a heads up, it might taste good but I've also seen them serve floor food. Oh and I was threatened with losing my job several times because I wasn't allowed to serve homeless people. One man I was forced to call the cops on because he was outraged (rightfully) at not being served for being homeless but I was being watched on the cameras so I couldn't serve him without...
