Katy's Kettle — Restaurant in California

Avoid ordering through the mobile app with Katy's Kettle. They do not update or check the statuses. If you do, you have to go to the pickup line and ask-- that is if there's even anyone attending the pickupline. I decided to just go to the pickup line after waiting 45 minutes with the status stuck on "Preparing Your Meal". Waiting in the pickup line took another 30 minutes, there was only 2 people in front of me too. No one was helping us at this side nor checking mobile orders. They just focused on the people in line. This place sucked! We spent $27 for 2 people. Service was extremely slow (45 minutes) and the food was tasteless. Take the all day dining option. You basically pay $20 for food as it includes unlimited beverage.
