Subway — Restaurant in California

Unless, of course, you are ok with putting yourself at risk of getting food poisoning.

During my visit today, I observed a blonde haired girl touching various red meats while constructing a cold cut trio for the man in front of me, then proceeding to grab large handfuls of veggies to put on the man's sandwich without changing her gloves, throwing the excess veggies she didn't need right back into the bins.

There was a dark haired girl, who was on the register, came back onto the food line to assist me with my veggies, but she did not wash her hands before putting her gloves on. When I asked her to please reach from the bottom of the veggie bins, as I do not want cross-contaminated food, her response was, "Is there a reason?"

I explained to her about the blonde girl "double dipping" and how it's not safe. Her response? "But all the veggies get touched with meat gloves. It's all cooked." Anyone who actually paid attention to their food handlers course will know that just because a food is cooked does not mean it has been...

If I could give less than one star I would. The owner refused to remake my sandwiches and refuse to refund my $60 order. I ordered through the mobile app they messed up all of the sandwiches they took it back and refused to make anything right. The owner's name is Sanjeev Khullar. He is a thief and a crook. He refused to respond to the BBB, and I'm not the only person he's done this too. If anybody else stole $60 from someone they would be in jail right now. I am making it my mission to get him removed as the franchise owner. TEEGEN!! WOW WHAT A VERY RUDE, IRRITATED PERSON! Came in at 1130 on September 7th. One person in line. Teegen asked employee that was on her 30 minutes to help with bread, and when the employee on break shook head she came very mad. Started slamming bread around, was very short when apparently new employee asked how to ring in extra bacon. This is my favorite Subway, as Melanie and normal girls very friendly!
