I have never been treated so rudley while trying to order food at any business, but McDonald's on Missouri Flat Rd had outdone themselves with horrible customer service this time. Selma, you are the rudest customer service worker I have ever came across! While I was in the drive thru, she didn't greet me for a while so I decided I would open my McDonalds app, it needed a second to update, no one was behind me and she hadn't spoken yet. So as it was QUICKLY updating, she came on, greeted me with tons of attitude and I asked her to please give me a second, my app was updating. She went on and on and on about the app and how a lady was having difficulty with it. I said ok thank you just give me a second, and again she started ranting about thr app again. So finally I said, ok I heard you but I'm trying to just update and open my app, please just a second. Then she proceeded to yell at me to not snap at her and pull up to the window. A window in which she never came too. I had to tske my sin inside where she did nothing but argue and was so incredibly rude!! I can't believe people like that are allowed to work with the public. Good job Selma, you just lost another customer. I'm sure it wasn't the first time and I'm certain it won't be the last with an attitude like that. Shame on you for your rudeness in front of...
Read moreFood is good but the older women behind counter taking orders in the early evening makes lots of mistakes I placed order and paid for order. When i walked away and looked at my receipt she charged me for food I did not order. Got money back from manager. When I picked up order and went back to my table I notice extra food on tray and to many people up at cashier so I gave it away to other people. So many people gripe about her. She wants to chitchat while the the line is almost to door, rarely do other employees come to help her. One night group of us came in during power outage in October to get warm food same women messed my order up and my girl friends also, after they give us money back we are waiting for food when this man went off about how bad she is, he went on and on. (yelling out loud to anyone listing). Now I'm a 58 year old woman and have work with public 30 years and that women should not be behind counter taking orders. (Especially with a line is to the door. Why is she not getting help. Why is only one cashier working when line is almost to door. What about the loss of money because because of her mistakes. Why is this not noticed by a manger. I like the McDonalds on Broadway in placerville much better. Service is great fast and...

Remember when McDonald's felt like a bustling community hub, with trays adorned like tiny condiment festivals? Those days are as gone as the napkin trees that used to grace every corner. Now it's just you, a kiosk, and a spiritual journey to find a single packet of ketchup.
The only bright spot in this McNopolis was the superhuman employee manning both the drive-thru AND front register simultaneously. This guy deserves a Medal of Honor (or at least some backup) for keeping his cool while juggling two windows worth of orders. He's the sole reason for the second star.
The dining area feels like it's been designed by a minimalist monk who's sworn off napkins, straws, and joy. Want ketchup?Better be prepared to wait in line again, doing that awkward shuffle past other customers who are probably also there to ask for basic condiments.
At least there's hand sanitizer by the door - because apparently that's the new Happy Meal toy for adults.
Pro tip: Bring your own napkins. And maybe a sherpa to guide you through the barren condiment wasteland.
P.S. To that lone employee holding down the fort - you're the real MVP: Management please clone him or at least get this...
