McDonald's — Restaurant in California

Terrible service. Which is difficult to understand due to us going through the drive through. We ordered and were consistently cut off after every item was asked for at the speaker box with, “Is that all?” I brushed it off as maybe an efficiency thing. We pulled to the first window and the gentleman was over laughing with a lady employee for a bit then came over when the next customer got to the speaker box. The gentleman took our card. We didn’t get it back until he completed the entire order of the next customer. So we waited there for a bit. It was different but we can understand doing multiple things at once. The entire drive through was clear except us and the 1 car ordering behind us. We pulled up and they sent us around to wait for part of our order. All the drive through lanes were full as well as mobile order and handicap. There was even overflow from other people that could have waited in the drive through. I went inside and the lady who looked like a supervisor said that there was only one car in drive through. I pointed out there at the full drive through parking right outside the glass front door and told her that her lanes are full as is clearly in view. So they had me wait inside. I asked the drivers on the way out and there were four people waiting other than myself. I can only assume that they are trying to keep the drive through clear at the expense of the customer. Just a heads up if you have the McDonald's app the deals on there will make your order a little cheaper plus you'll get points compared to just driving up and making an order it's a bit more expensive. So download the app! People are friendly here. I never had any problems personally with any of my orders being messed up but again I use the app, it's quicker and there's better discounts.

But the thing I noticed since I'm from the East Coast, the west coast here in California they don't have the delicious steak egg and cheese bagel which is very sad, what are you doing to your people here?! That's like the best sandwich that they serve and it's a delicious breakfast sandwich. It's a delicious piece of chopped steak on a toasted bagel with cheese and caramelized onions and topped with a hollandaise, it just melts in your mouth 🤤

I know I'm not alone when I say I wish McDonald's serve breakfast all day because sometimes you want breakfast for dinner and they sToP sErViNg BrEaKfAsT aT 1030 weekdays-11am weekends

I only gave him one star because it's the lowest rating available but I would give them zero if I could. I live in this area and unfortunately it's the only McDonald's around so I'm stuck going here whenever I am craving for something at McDonald's. I hate coming here though because it's always a disappointment and once again this morning I'm disappointed. I placed an order on the app for breakfast. I arrived at 10:29 a.m. and was told sorry we're no longer serving breakfast. The restaurant confirmed they stop serving breakfast at 10:30 but they weren't able to fulfill my order because they ran out of product. Every time I come here I have a problem with this place they either close early they run out of food earlier their service sucks. The people here are rude very rude snobby and they make it feel like you're an inconvenience for ordering food.
