McDonald's — Restaurant in California

If I could give No Stars with my review I would. It's gonna be a long one. We went in on 3-9-2019. Greeted by 4 employees. Asking us to order @ the Kiosk we declined bcuz u can't do special orders. The manager said "I'll help/ do it for you. Said we're not suppose to use the registers anymore. As an order was being taken by someone else. Anyway when it came time to order my 5 yr olds Plain Hamburger w/ Bacon. He couldn't add the bacon @ the Kiosk. He went to the next screen I said "I want bacon on the hamburger". He said "oh it will be there." So of course when it came I checked it. "NO FLIPPIN BACON"! I took it up to the counter to talk to him. Of course he paid No Attention to me a kid said " how can help you" I told him there was No Bacon. He had the FLIPPIN Nerve to to check the burger. I told him "What do u think I'm Lying?" He gave it to the manager & said " there's No Bacon." He gave to the people in the back. Had about a 5 min conversation w/ the 4 line cooks. The handed it off to the kid to give back to me. Never once turning around to acknowledge that he screwed up or to apologize. Didn't even look @ me @ all.. Very Rude I want to say his name was Carlos or Jesus. We only go to this place bcuz it has the indoor play place otherwise would not be going here ever again. Food was cold fries were hard. Pickles were sponge. Just an overall sad excuse of an open business. Point is Don't Force someone to order @ the Kiosk. Especially when there was @ least 15-20 employees capable of...

It was my first time coming to this restaurant. I walked in with my son, Hugh Mungus. As I was ordering, my son started crying and said, "I WANT THE PURPLE DOG" As he said that, he pointed to the door way. I said "Honey, the toys are this way" as I pointed to the wall facing right from me. Than he said, "NO STOOPID! THAT ONE" As I turned around, I saw there was one of those damn "furries". When I saw him, I immediately had a Vietnam flashback. I remembered the cold cries and intense suffering of those long, pain filled 20 years. As a tear ran down my eye that furry came up to me and looked down my bulge and said "0w0 what's this" as it pounced on me and was reaching down a employee wacked it with a frying pan and knocked it out. The employee said "Are you okay sir?" After he said that I said "Did you just assume my gender?!" He than said "Sorry there." I then noticed his kindness as then he looked up and said "I'm sorry that the furry attacked you. Would you like a complimentary kids meal and a McChicken... For your personal pleasures... ;)" He said to me as he winked. I then left the restaurant pleased, my son still trying to drag the damn furry to the car. I knocked him the f**k out (my son... he is 33 years old chill.) and dragged his body to the front seat. When I got home I gave my sleepy sun the kids meal as I walked to my room with my McChicken. The worst drive-thru experience I ever had!!!!

This afternoon I decided to get some food from McDonald’s this location, and I used a drive-through, at first I wait for a couple minutes to get somebody order for me, at that moment I notice it’s not that busy, so I wait a couple minutes. The girls start placing my order, and I noticed she was talking to somebody so I decide to ask her gently to see if she can repeat my order just in case my order is right on her screen since I saw the big screen in front of me it shows different order, and she told me the one on the screen is not my order and I asked her then can you repeat that my order, and she just tell me to move to the next window to pay. When I saw the receipt the order is different. I told her that I ordered a regular quarter pounder and double quarter pounder, both without bacon, and she just ignores me and tell me to go to the next window. so I drove to the next window to tell another lady my problem is, and she fixed it for me, but I still have to park and for ten minutes during a busy hour. Could've avoided all this if the first girl repeated my order! I would never come back to this location the worst experience that I ever had! Fries were soggy...
