okay so, my mother is near deathly allergic to tomatoes, and we go here everyday because the prices are easy and we aren't too high on cash. they put tomato on my mothers buttermilk crispy chicken when she ordered one with no lettuce and tomato for her and one with for me. we both triple checked the order before going up to pay and get our food, the boy in the money area does not know what he's doing, he has incorrectly given change on a hundred dollar bill before, never counts it back, and is generally disrespectful. the one working on the 4th at around 3:30 that is, as well as the one giving us our food, my mother tried to explain that he gave us the wrong size drinks as we both ordered a large of what we wanted to drink and he gave us smalls, as well as the tomato on my mothers sandwich, when we tried to explain it (because while we wait on drinks i always check the food to make sure) i realized he had put tomato on my moms sandwich and we tried to explain they had our order wrong in multiple ways but he just slammed the window in my moms face and refused to give her the coffee she ordered or fix the sandwich, we waited for about twenty minutes and realized we weren't going to get what we paid for, a very respectful young man named Logan(the name on his pin) refunded us when we explained the situation, and then we had to go because my mother was rightfully angry, if i hadn't checked the sandwich and just given it to her she would be in the hospital, and i don't know about you but it scares me that my mother would've been in the hospital over something they could have easily fixed. i do NOT recommend going here, two of the boys working are very very disrespectful and have endangered my mother because they can't listen multiple times. this could have been easily fixed, but those boys don't know how to work there obviously. in my opinion with how much it has happened they clearly are not ready to work in a setting like that and need...
   Read moreI ordered 3 items and went through the drive through, paid, and when I went to pick up my items I remembered I had a free fry in my app (not one of the items I bought and paid for). I asked if I could redeem that. The guy there said it has to be with an order. I explained I had just ordered, paid, and hadnât even received my items yet. The guy didnât know what to do. I explained it seemed like a simple adjustment to my order, if they needed to refund me and rerun the order to add the fries no big deal. At that point a manager was grabbed, who seemed lost. I explained the proposed plan, which he said he could do, but only if I came inside. It was cold out and dark (7:44pm), there were no other cars behind me in line. I asked why they couldnât complete the adjustment in the line. He said I need you to come inside, I asked again, to which he told me that there was a clock timing the transaction so he wouldnât do it because it would add more time to my âdrive throughâ transaction. This man wanted to inconvenience me by making the drive thru pointless and have me come inside so he could pretend that they had a good service time and fake his data. Iâm like Iâve been here like 3 minutes, no one else is here. What in the world. So yah. Their customer service data is clearly a lie! Hope that gets back to management.    Read moreSo tired of this McDonald's during all of covid19 I could not go here because I don't have a car and I guess poor people are not allowed to eat here, I tried to take bike through drive thru yet was told they didn't allow that. Then after covid19 I go there at 6:45 and am told they close at seven and they are short staffed so I couldn't go in. Very next day I go at 6:00 pm and am told they are closed because of short staff. None of that was enough to make me write a bad review today after just eating at a different McDonald's the day before I go in at 3:10pm and am first charged 2.50$ for a medium caramel frappe I tell cashier I think you messed up because it's supposed to be 3$ for a medium frappe as there is a deal going on where a couple items are 3$ she then tries to charge me 4.89 for a medium which is the wrong price again even when it's not on sale it's less than that a large is like 5.10$ she then gets an attitude with me and I had just had enough and said some rude things to her I wish I didn't but she appeared to be the manager and being ripped off the 1.50$ was just the final straw. I will never set foot back in this place unless she is fired people like her should not be in the service industry.
