My husband and I stopped in The Bigfoot Taproom last weekend to check it out and we were throughly impressed! I loved how the decor was well thought out and all tied together with the Bigfoot theme; the Bigfoot pictures, the beautiful wooden bar and the cool tree line metal decor behind the taps They seemed to have thought of it all, even including a water “hydration station” for customers to have access to get their own water! Past the decor, the reason for stopping by in the first place, was the beer... let me say, “wow”! The variety was great and I love how many local beers they had on tap, all the best in one place! They seemed to have a beer for every taste, including some ciders! We got to meet the owners while we were there too and they are SO nice, welcoming and very knowledgeable about all of the beers that they sell! They treated us like old friends and answered any questions that we had and even took the time to show us the really cool app that they use for their tap menu! I can’t wait to bring our friends with us next time and look forward to buying their merchandise when they start selling it because we will gladly wear it to support this great...
Read moreI've been trying to find the words to not harm the employees with my review. So... here are my two cents: The beer selection is great, the patrons are awesome and the staff has never been other than excellent. The food trucks bring great food too! I will not go into detail but the ownership is a mix-match. The two guys have always been cool but every interaction I ever had with the gal (Lisa I think is her name) was always awkward. I hate to sound misogynistic, this has nothing to do with her gender, but she has no place in customer service, especially if she is going to blame customers for her own mistakes. My last interaction with this business was over two years ago. I sat on my review for the place to not harm the business or it's employees. However, an acquaintance just shared a bad experience she had recently and I feel like the business will not address it unless I point out the poor management job she is providing to the customers. I hate having to write this review, but there are other taprooms in the area. Go visit Redwood Courtain or Papa Wheelies, at least the owners and management seem to care about...
