I would consider this to be the quickest serving McDonald’s in the area and it used to be my GO TO McDonald’s but I’m not sure if they hired new managers or what 🤷🏻♀️ Recently they’ve been getting the orders wrong and seem so confused when you go to pay and when handing you your order. I do have to say it’s been the same person taking the order when this occurs and it’s not the person at the register (it’s usually an individual helping the front/pick up window). This individual that I’m referring to has screwed up my order more than once and I know I’m not alone in saying this and on top of that she has the worst customer service I’ve seen in awhile..... when you let her know you’re missing items she literally ROLLS HER EYES at you and gives attitude like it’s my fault SHE jacked up the order.... I don’t know if she’s a manager or what but she sucks and I feel bad for the hard working people that have to ring up or hand out the orders she takes thru the drive-thru..... her name starts with a B ( Biselia or something like that) I do not personally know her but I sure as hell asked for her name as for the hard working people that work there... request a transfer or something... you should never have to work or take orders from someone with such a horrid ... if she treats customers that way I can only imagine how she treats all of you...

I am the manager of a jiffy lube here in Whittier, CA and I currently visited this establishment and would like the owner of this franchise to know that I deserve better service then I received I am a continuous supporter of McDonald's I grew up on it I am a 90s baby. That being said when I was there I saw an employee which was a cook knock over the bread tray they use and bread landed on the floor and he proceeded to put it back up for use as if nothing happened and another time I arrived at 11:05 at the drive through and there menu was displaying lunch so I proceeded to order what I wanted the young man stated they weren't serving lunch yet due to them not being prepared so I left and that will be the last time I go to McDonald's take into account I have 2 boys who love the happy meals so we dine at McDonald's a lot I would say I spend about 100 bucks on average a week here and I also understand that they have a lot of young adults as employees but I also have those young adults working under me at my automotive shop and they know better than to be horsing around at work which I've seen some of the so called McDonald's professionals have done so I definitely will be taking my business elsewhere but hope these unfortunate events doesn't happen to any...
Read moreVery very disappointed with this McDonald’s as an Uber driver we never know when these McDonald’s branches are or stay open when your working and driving trying to pick up and deliver orders you don’t have the time to waste or lookup restaurant hours specially after 9 pm the staff in the store were very very rude they were all laughing and making fun when I was addressing my situation I wasted so much time waiting in the drive through they wanted me to come in the restaurant at 9:35 pm I would gladly come in if I know the restaurant is open there was a car behind me I couldn’t back up so I had to waste 20 minutes for nothing even with that they were so rude they closed their window in my face while all the staff gathering trying to listen to the conversation whomever was talking to me that was there as a manager and all the other staff started laughing after she closed the window in my face And making faces this is so disrespectful and so unprofessional I can’t believe how horrible customer service has become these kids need a major lesson on life and how to deal with customers period very bad experience and a big...
