Update: I tried to contact the owner as asked to do after My original post and ended up with the Manager Shuk once again who was angry at me for posting negative comments. He told me that if we use Uber Eats or Postmates or Grub Hub it is on us if something goes wrong. They are out of it and cannot reimburse the customer in anyway because we did not go directly to the store. He told me he had no way to keep my pizza hot while I was on my way to the store to pick it up. Which is a lie and we all know this. I am glad he did hide in the back when I was there. Horrid experience.
Mountain Mikeās Pizza Gerber RD. Used Postmates to order small veggie pizza with no olives. I received a mini pizza with double olives for my $25.00. I called Mountain Mikeās and was asked to bring the mini pizza back to the store so I did. They took the pizza back with no thank you or anything and brought me out my cold pizza. The Postmates driver that was supposed to get the mini pizza was in the store and said they had been trying to find her pizza for 10 minutes. Was the plan to give her the mini pizza I brought back? Regardless, the Manager, Shuk, would not come to the counter to talk to me and they would not give me the extra money back that I paid to have Postmate deliver the pizza even though I brought the mini pizza back and picked up my own cold pizza. I was afraid to have them make me another pizza because they obviously showed me that they do not care about their customer or customer service. I waited the word WAITED will be used A LOT for about an hour before calling back and when I did they put me on hold for 10 mins, at which point I decided to hang up and wait for my pizza since it has been so long. Waited another 15 minutes and decided to call back again. I called and they put me on hold for a whole 17 minutes and asked them when my pizza would get here. They said it had left already and should be here any minute. Waited 20 minutes, still not there and called back to wait another 10 minutes to get off hold, JUST to get the same response as last time. After another 10-20 minutes the pizza guy finally answered my door when he apologized for the wait, however he did say our pizza just came "fresh out of the oven". We got our pizza and when we checked it, it was the wrong order and the pizza guy took it back and gave us our real order, except it wasn't fresh out of the oven. No, it was completely cold and the crust had began to get tough. When I called back to complain, GUESS WHAT? They put me on hold for another 10 minutes and that was the moment I got so mad I hung up and looked for this stupid restaurant online JUST to make this review. She put her whole story of how she felt but never put how she was also treating the employees. She went in there yelling at them the second girl she started talking to(yelling) she didnāt talk she yelled. She was demanding the employee to give her money which everyone knows when you order through an app you need to cancel through there to receive your money back but she was not understanding that even though the employee told her repeated times times. She shoved her pizza back to the employee and told her about making a new fresh one which the employee said she would make a new one but Reggie just pulled the pizza away and said āno you might spit in my foodā and just stormed out the store. I feel bad for the employees honestly , some people just act like they are so perfect and never make a mistake. Keep your heads up employees donāt let these karens make your working experience horrible. Pizza is amazing here! Will be ordering...
