Went through their drive-thru and placed an order of one chili cheese fries and two plain CHILI cheeseburgers, not plain cheeseburgers, but CHILI cheese burgers. Basically a plain cheeseburger with only chili in it. Got plain cheeseburgers instead... was in the area and chose to get food at their location and drove back to San Fernando (not that close). Didn’t realize their mistake until I was home. Going through the drive thru, you just expect them to get your order right the first time rather than having to check it before every time. Anyhow, I get it mistakes happen sometimes, so I called to see if they could assist me with the correct order maybe on a different day... Called twice no answer. Called a third time and finally a Tatiana employee answered. Informed her I had been at their location and got two plain cheeseburgers with no chili but I had order two plain cheeseburgers with only chili. She immediately became rude and her response to me was literally “YEAH CAUSE THAT’S A PLAIN CHEESEBURGER. ONLY MEAT, CHEESE AND BUN..” I clarified that what we ordered was a cheeseburger with no onion, no tomato, and no pickles and only chili and cheese. And again with her rude attitude she stated “ WELL PLAIN CHEESEBURGERS HERE ARE ONLY MEAT, CHEESE AND BUN”. First of all Tatiana, I am entitled to order my cheeseburger the way that I want it! You are not the one eating it and you are not the one paying for it! I AM. You have absolutely no knowledge of what great customer service is whatsoever. You are rude and disrespectful. When I called, I spoke to you in a normal voice. I did not complain other than explain the situation and hoped for a solution. Your response and attitude was very uncalled for and unnecessary and that is what ticked me off. You may not be fired for an incident like this but I do hope your upper management addresses this with you accordingly and provide you with fair disciplinary action. If you cannot be sympathetic of your customers, listen to their needs, address the situation and find a solution, then retail is not for you... I asked for her name and informed her I would be filing a formal complaint against her because I did not appreciate her poor customer service. She raised her voice and her response to me was “GO AHEAD AND FILE A COMPLAINT” she hung up right after that without a care. So guess what I’m doing? Filling a formal complaint. Not for the incorrect order, but definitely for the terrible experience she...
Read moreBest Experience EVER! My hubby and I went here for a late night dinner last night at 10 pm. Being the end of a holiday weekend they were super busy but way busier than we’ve ever seen. Every table was full and the drive through line was long. We placed our order and found a spot and settled in for what was a surprisingly short wait considering the sheer volume of people. It was freezing in there. No doubt the small crew of what looked like 3 people were busting their buns to help everyone and I’m sure they were sweating. As I looked around I saw that it wasn’t just me who had put on a jacket. I went up front to ask if they would please turn off the air conditioner- and they did!! Then Wow! Our order came out fast and fresh and honestly was the best Tommy’s we’ve had since the 90’s. Being here on vacation and getting to enjoy an awesome chile burger and chile fries was everything. As we finished and got ready to leave I noticed that the restaurant was now mostly empty and the drive through was cleared out. I went up front to thank the crew, they really knocked it out of the park. The two other remaining families up front agreed with me which lead to a full 30 second standing ovation for this small crew!! They totally killed it!! Thank you to Jonathan, Jacob, Jose & Edwin! These are the Memorial Day hero’s of Tommy’s - thank you guys for...
Read moreOh my goodness I love this place. I am now 65. When I was young my friend Shelly took me with her family to the original Tommys I believe it's in Hollywood. It's just a small Shack on a corner and everybody movie stars celebrities rich people low income people Everyone goes there. But I hit the one in Valencia. You can Google Map it. I highly recommend it. Their chili hamburgers. They are smothered in the most awesome chili which is a special secret recipe. No one knows what it is. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. In fact I'll be going down there soon and I will get me when on the way down to LA and one coming back home. I always stop there and walk my dog and get her water and let her use the bathroom. It's a great stop if you live in central California and go down to LA. It is worth hitting Tommy's Burgers. It's right by Magic Mountain. They are so famous they have a large chain of them now. The original owner sold the business so now it is run by other people but it is the same secret recipe and the same hamburger or cheeseburger whatever you prefer. And you can ask for extra chili if you prefer. You will definitely give it five stars. Also ask them for the yellow Chili Peppers. It's not on the menu but they do have them but you have to ask for them there is no...
