This place USED TO be awesome. Not sure what's happened in the last year or so. Its become rather scuffy now, meaning it looks unkept, food wasn't as fresh as before, the service was subpar. And the owner is not friendly nor welcoming. The beans are canned, and the rice was starchy, definitely the sauce is saturated in ketchup and no longer fresh. Food is delicious, I’ve been here multiple times but the service is terrible on a Saturday evening. Yesterday my family and I sat down and a rude waitress brought us menus and said someone else will be right with us. After waiting 10-15 min the rude waitress brought chips and drinks to a table behind us that came in after we did.
