Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in California

I've been to several papa Murphy's in the sac Valley area And this is the worst store by far. I've been there twice since I moved to Rio Linda and the last time I'll ever walk in that store. Both times I called in my orders. The 1st time I went in around 8:00 p.m. To pick up my pizza and no one was in the store but they had a stereo cranked out in the back and I could see them back their dancing and laughing and carrying on I stood out there for quite a while waiting for someone to come to the register. They finally seen me turn the stereo down and came out and said that they were sorry all laughing. When I got home I notice that there is very few toppings on the pizza for a combination pizza. A couple months later I thought maybe I'd try them again. The 2nd time I said I'm here to pick up my combination pizza And gave them my name. A girl making pizza yelled in the back and said can you come up to the register. And I told her my name and she's told me how much and I paid for it. Then she asked me a question holding up a card and I said I can't hear you. She repeated herself While looking down at the floor and I said I still don't understand what you're saying and she placed it in my hand and said you'll figure it out and laughed and walked in to the back without handing me my pizza. I stood there for about 5 minutes until the girl making pizzas walked over and handed me the pizza and said she was sorry. I got it home and I unwrapped it to put in the oven and notice that it had very few toppings on it. For a combination it was missing onion Bell peppers and mushrooms and very very little cheese on it. Unbelievable! The best papa Murphy's Is in antelopel. I'll drive the extra miles to get...

I have been purchasing pizza from this location since it was opened. I have rarely ever been fully satisfied I know places can have a tough day with staffing and such. Today was the worst I phone ordered 3 pizzas 2 hours in advance and asked if they would braid the crust for me which seems like a major chore for the employees. The phone order was great the employee was very polite. So I go to pick up at the time I needed to and wow only one person working when I asked for my pizzas they weren’t ready the one employee was scrambling and saying that the other just didn’t do her job so I waited an additional 15 minutes now I’m behind so I just accept the order get home start cooking for my family and wow to my surprise three out of three pizzas were not made correctly one was completely wrong. I’m very very very unhappy I hope that people have a better experience than what I have. The owner should be present more often and staff properly it’s only pizza I don’t see how hard it is to prepare with a smile...

So i call to order a pizza at 8:55 the lady tells me if i can make it by 9. I tell her im only 2 blocks down the street. I ask if she can tell me the specialty pizzas they have and she tells me i don't understand what your saying and i tell her like you know the cowboy pizza or combination what other pizzas do you have and she tells me again i don't understand at this point she is laughing with someone in the background now its about 8:58 and tells me are u going to make it in to pick up in 2 minutes i tell her nevermind. What kind of service is this, i was really excited to have a papa Murphy's this close to me and the first time i try to order this is the service i get.
