Pit Stop Diner — Restaurant in California

I am a little late writing this. We come here to play Bingo weekly. We invited my brother and his wife this time. We usally eat at The Pit Stop prior to Bingo starting. My sister in law decided she would prefer to have the tacos that were being offered in the lobby instead of ordering from menu and she bought them into restaurant to eat with us. After ordering our food the waitress was embarrassed to tell us and my sister in law she can not eat the tacos in the restaurant. You could tell it was the manager making her tell us. Oh my gosh, the manager of restaurant started staring at us like we were criminals the whole time we were eating. She was making sure she did not take a bite of the tacos. It was so uncomfortable. Shauna was just awesome. Our first time here on a Sunday in quite a long time. And we are used to our regular servers. But oh my gosh, Shauna was a complete new breath of fresh air. She really watched out for her customers. We ordered a meal, but with something left off and the cook messed the order up. And she came back and apologized and said she was having them make it correctly. She was zooming all around to make sure everyone got their orders. She really does take of her customers. We drive over an hour to come for the fish and chips because it’s the best. But yesterday was the last day we will ever go. Service was the worse and it wasn’t just our table. We waited 20 minutes before anyone came to take order or offer drinks. 36 minutes for food to come after we ordered. Waitress never came back after she dropped food off. No refills on drinks.
