These guys are friendly, quick, and desire to make you happy. Came by to grab food for my family and the front counter attendant, Gabby, was very up-to and made sure my order was accurate before putting everything in and, even when swamped, was professional and positive while interacting with me. The managers, Steve and Andrew, were HIGHLY interested in making sure I was impressed with this establishment, from thanking me for my service in the military and asking me about it to holding my order a bit longer so that they made sure my calzone was properly done. While waiting, I even overheard them talking about making sure someone on the phone knew that they could save money by ordering an item in a certain way, which was amazing to hear considering these guys are pretty new to the area. The atmosphere in-house is very friendly, with family-friendly radio playing and the PF team making sure everyone gets their food as accurate and premium quality as possible.
I've been to Pizza Factory's back when I was a kid, so I had a bit of an expectation on what to expect. The team at this Pizza Factory were STELLAR in their conduct and performance, the food looks and tastes amazing, and my expectations were surpassed in every way!
Thanks, Pizza...
Read moreI was recommended this pizza spot from a colleague. I walked in, and the cashier was taking an order, so I had to wait about 2 minutes or 3 minutes max for me to place my order. I was tempted to ask for my free drink since no one came to back her up and take my order. Luckily, I've worked many customer service jobs that I've become patient in situations like these. She did acknowledge me and was friendly as she took my order. I ordered a 6 slice small pizza and the price was GREAT. I like the options on sizes and a variety of items to order. The spot is clean and even the restroom. All these things are important for a customer to experience. As soon as I opened my pizza box, I smiled because the small little plastic round table in the middle of the pizza reminded me of my childhood. Oh, they forgot to give me my ranch sauce I paid for, and I realized too later after, so I didn't bring it up. Overall, the pizza was so warm and fresh. I could tell the workers in the prep table were all doing a good job focusing on their tasks. I will most likely be back and bring my nephew with me next time. Thank you for the good pizza and having your...
Read moreWorst pizza ever, for the price. I paid big bucks for a large, and got what looks more like a medium. We all burned our mouths from the sauce, which tells me they have the dough sitting out, then pour boiling hot sauce on top, then melt the cheese in the oven. This means the cheese cools down much faster, but take a bite, and the sauce will burn you. After about 15 minutes, the whole pizza turns into flavorless cardboard. That's fine if it were a $5 cheese pizza, but it's a $20+ dollar pizza. boneless wings were dry and soggy. Which means they probably don't use a fryer. It's probably frozen and then reheated. They had no crunch to them. They also have no clue about the seasoning that goes into the sauce, so hope you don't have any food allergy because nobody there can tell you what's in the pizza sauce. To be fair, the staff were friendly and the restrooms were clean. Just too much money without the quality...
