Farmer Boys — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

This place has no frozen food (except for their ice cream). That means they actually COOK here. Some people see it as a fast food place, but it's a little more upscale than that. They have a full table service as well as a drive-thru. The burger had that flame-broiled flavor, you know, like the blackened stripes on a burger patty. The burgers were a little messy and fell apart by the time I got to the end, but they're quite large...so kudos to you if you even get that far. Salads were big enough to share and I'm glad they finally added an iced coffee drink. Oh, and there's breakfast too, but that's for another review. Prices are a little more than your average burger joint, but then again, those cheap burger places have been raising their prices anyway, so now it's starting to all cost about the same. Manager Fatima was disrespected by a guest. (4people) older lady threw water on the floor twice, 2nd time seemed intentional. Fatima mopped twice and offered to them if they spill again to “ask and the will gladly help clean it up” guest (older gentleman) began to get upset and became rude about the situation. Fatima stated “it’s not safe for other customers to have water on the floor” Guest got angry about that and began to raise his voice. She remained polite and stood her ground on the situation as it was not safe for customers. She handled the rude customer very well. Her tone was not condescending at all. They made it seem like they will be going out of their way to make this an issue.

I went here for Onion Rings. I wasn't happy with my order. It's only a 4-pc order no large or small orders , and it was big rings that the coating flaked off making it a mess before you can take a bite into it. It costs a little over $1 per ring. Not worth it. I'd rather go to a greek or a burger spot and order onion rings, they are more bite size friendly, it's fully coated with the breading and you get more for your buck.
