Pizza Hut — Restaurant in California

Such a horrible experience!!! I spoke to the manager in charge regarding them messing up my order and instead of apologizing he goes on to debate that it was my fault and I ordered it wrong. I told him I have my order up and it clearly shows my 3 topping that I actually got charged extra for. He told me he made it him self and I had to fight for him to make it right he cut me off and said he didn’t want problems so he’ll make it again. He asked me to give him back my order even though I now had to wait an addition 45 min for my pizza. I payed $27 for 1 pizza. Truly one of the worst companies to order from. What a rip off. I will also be reporting this to their corporate offices.

I had to update my review as Frank the delivery guy was amazing he was so nice An under stood my frustration. He actually apologized. So Frank thank you!! You rock! Thank you for trying to make this horrible experience a good one...

I order from this place a lot. Especially lately since I don't usually have a car to go n get food. Plus pizza is great right? Usually I had no issues and I placed like 9 or 10 orders in just the last couple weeks. Once or twice I was missing something but just a sauce so no big deal. This time, tried to order.... and it got declined.... 😒 Noone called. I called an hour after receiving a 'out for delivery text' to see what was going on... was told the card was declined. They said all the orders in the last couple weeks are "suspicious" and they can no longer deliver to my address. I used the same card EVERY time except when I paid cash. They had no desire to help fix it. Never again using them. There's a Piara pizza not too far that's way cheaper and they know how to...

I called a another pizza place in error. I had some trouble, making out, what the person who answered was saying. After a few kind repeats, I realize, that I am talking to a ordering service, who is going to connect me directly to the pizza store that I used to order from but no longer, because they do not deliver to my area? I am asking her “why not?,You used to deliver in the past, no problem. Then I notice although their on the same street they are not Pizza Hut, oops my apologies. I am calling the wrong pizza place. I needed to call Pizza Hut to get a clear efficient person ready to deliver my order, who knows my address already, delivers quickly so my pizza is hot. Thank Pizza Hut and Kevin for the good food...
