In this Review I will be covering my personal experience with Joe the Owner and their co workers in as much detail as possible , below this will be the short end of the review for those who do not care for the long bullet points I'm about to make.
Work ethic and swiftness of work being done, was quick for what was needed and asked for (Cat changes ,alternator install and oil pan change ) note - lied about changing oil filter at first only to switch up on me last minute when confronted in person later did not act professional when doing oil change and instead brushed off the fact that they left me with 1 1/2 quart less oil than is what required by my 1999 Toyota 4runner
parts accounted for (they took off my K&N ramhorn air intake) they lost one of the TWO screws that hold in my air intake manifold and one of the caps for an electronic component and lost it as well, they didn't tell me they lost it or tried to replace it and when confronted JOE specifically lied to me in my face saying that {the screw was never there and that the hole where it was supposed to be is "dirty" from it being absent} that was a lie because the screw hole is actually clean and this was a screw included in my Air intake that I did NOT loose until getting my vehicle back from them, not only that but instead of going on THEIR time to FIX the issue they now CREATED that i never had to begin with HE insisted I go and find it myself and replace it and give him the bill for it . (no Joe this is YOUR teams mistake and this is not something I feel I need to correct or look into as this was not a issue prior to me taking my vehicle to you . this is something that you and your team need to remedy as you and your team created this issue. (you people charged me a pretty high price for what seemed like high quality work dare I say professional and thus far the services have been anything but mediocre) if I need to go on MY TIME to correct an issue you created you pay for MY TIME and for the parts I now need to find and buy. which brings me to my catalytic converter work
they took my vehicle to a smog shop across the street to do the work rather than have it done at their shop and did not provide me with a proper receipt from THAT shop but instead gave me a itemized receipt upon asking for one later when coming back after finding out I was missing that screw mentioned earlier and the electric component cap , more over that shop did a TERRIBLE job !!!! not only did they weld smaller cats on but they did a HORRIBLE welding job and they did not care to make it precise , the exhaust pipe rattles and makes a TON of noise when driving because they failed to hook it up properly and failed to put the hangars on , how can you accept that quality of work for 3 thousand dollars ? in 3 weeks ? when I brought these issues up I felt like I was brushed off and basically told I was an idiot and that Joe and his team should not and wouldn't be held liable because "he knows his guys" that is definitely not reassuring when I've had other mechanics say this to not only me but my Father and yet still have broken parts or shoddy jobs done . not to mention they want to be paid up front for work rather than AFTER work is done, contractors much like mechanics get paid AFTER the job is done , mechanics also are the ones who buy the parts and include that on the itemized receipt .
I was holding off on writing such a terrible review hoping that maybe a couple visits and talks would help me understand Joe and his teams questionable quality of work but after two visits and talks , it just feels like I get brushed off as some IDIOT , my car has 315k miles on it and I've worked on it myself since inheriting it from my Father back in 2015 and I have worked on everything in that car from Stereo sounds and wiring to Air intake radiator ,alternator and just about anything else I can touch without a engine crane and lift . to be lied to and treated that way by "professionals" is unacceptable and to give me that quality of work is just insane, especially...
Read moreI took my Cadillac there for it's 100,000 mile service about a week after my wife took her Chevy for it's 100,000 mile service... the mechanic knew exactly what he was doing, knew exactly what parts and tools were needed for my specific engine.
As for me, I know what I got... I know all of the parts are genuine AC Delco parts and the oil is Mobil 1 High Mileage. I know they replaced the plugs and coils, they replaced the water pump, thermostat, sensors, pulley, belts, both air filters, oil, oil filter and coolant, and they recharged my AC all for less than half of what my wife's mechanic charged for the oil change and plugs.
Also, took my car in for all of that at 10am and was done about 6, Yeah I know, 8 hours, but my wife was without her car for 8 DAYS and had less done. I had to drive her to work some of those days.
The showroom is comfortable, I was able to get some work done on my laptop... and they even had a loaner car available for an appointment I had to get to. I have every confidence is letting them work on my Cadillac. My car is my livelihood, without it I would not be able to visit clients, make money, pay the mortgage, or put food on the table...

I went to two other shops, till (Thank God đ) I went to this one!! One of the shops refused to do the work because it was too difficult and the other handed me an outrageous quote. But this place did it at a reasonable price and knew what they were doing đŻ If youâre looking for a shop thatâs honest, friendly, and does the job right this is the spot!!! Joe and his team were extremely HELPFUL, PROFESSIONAL, and did a GREAT JOB! They were thorough and knew what the issue was with accessing my brake light and replacing it! Got recommended to go here by my mom and she wasnât wrong!! They know what they are doing and have reasonable prices! I will recommend family and friends to come here as well!
TLDR: They will do a great job at a reasonable price! You...
