UpSky Smoke Shop — Local services in Santa Fe Springs

Some blonde girl that worked there, literally as soon as my husband and I walked in she said “umm not to be that guy but what are you guys looking for?” We told her we were just browsing and then she said “Because we have the health department coming in”… we looked at each other and were confused like okay….. so should we leave or something?? Then she proceeds to say just let her know if we need anything. I wanted to look at a few bongs, she would not let me hold it or touch it because It would be a “liability” which I found pretty crazy. I’ve been to thousands of shops and only maybe 1 or 2 others have not let me hold the thing I’m actively trying to decide if I want to buy or not. Still not a huge deal, but then she doesn’t even have the key for the main cabinet that held 2-3 bongs I was interested in purchasing. Mind you, the whole time she’s standing by me she’s tapping her foot, shaking her keys, just generally seemed like she wanted to be doing anything else but helping us out. My husband ended up buying a knife, which she did let him hold lol, but then when he went to turn around and take the 2-3 steps to the front counter to pay, she told him she had to carry it up front and he could not. All in all, it was our first and likely our last time at this smoke shop unfortunately. They had some cool bongs and recyclers, prices varied, some pieces were way over priced, in fact we had come from another smoke shop about 10 mins away and they had the same exact bong but for about $60 more, but some of their pieces were very fairly priced. If you do decide to go to this some shop, good luck! I hope you have a better experience...

A couple of days ago, I went into Upsky Smoke Shop. I was hoping to see Hailey! 😢 But instead it was Inna! She was talking to me so disrespectful, so rude, and I couldn’t believe how I was being treated! I was humiliated, disrespected, and she was so rude to me! I turned around and walked out of the smoke shop! I will never ever go there again to buy anything! But I will go to say Hi 👋🏼 to Hailey and the Gentle Giant that works late at night! I will never go in the morning ever again the white girl that work there is very rude and unprofessional she was on the phone for 10min talking to someone that didn’t sound like her boss just a unwelcoming environment as i looked around I saw that the show cases were filled of dust like if she doesn’t know how to clean I don’t know what happened to this place Genuinely going down hill i haven’t seen some of the other workers like the dark skin girl is nice and very courageous and where is the tall guy with glasses he was such a nice and wonderful person but if the stuff is getting replaced with human garbage I will go elsewhere with my business what...
