Pizza Hut — Restaurant in California

We ordered our pizza 8:00pm from the 5037 West Ave N Pizza hut. It said it would be delivered by 8:45. 9:20 pizza still was not delivered. I called to ask what was going on and how much longer and Kim the young black girl on the phone had an attitude as if it was our fault they only had one driver. She then asked if we wanted to cancel our order, I asked is it out for delivery she said yes, then she asked again do you want to cancel our order, I said we have waited this long and it's out for delivery why would we cancel. I asked it is out for delivery right she said yes for the third time it's out for delivery, do you want to cancel your order. No I don't want to cancel my order, I would like to talk to a manager, she says I am the manager. This is how you talk to people. Thank you and I hung up. We will never order from them again. I will never refer anyone to you as well. Update: So my wife calls the store gets the same girl Kim @9:37pm still no pizza my wife explains that we have children sitting here hungry and how would you feel if it was your kids and The mangers says my kids wouldn't be hungry because I wouldn't order food out I cook at home. Pizza was almost 2 hours late. They driver was rude and so was the staff. We called bc our pizza was supposed to be there in 45 min. When an hour went by we called they answered with a yeah. So after asking about where the pizza was they proceeded to lie and say they had came by. But Then a remade the pizza and burnt the bread sticks. When we call it back and Asked about our food the employee and the manager were very rude and disrespectful and they said that they went to the back house when we don't even have a back house. They said the pizza would be here in 15 minutes it came 20 minutes laterSo then my girlfriend called and the lady on the phone was very rude. Never going to order from this...

This is some bull!! The first time I ordered on the 22nd, the pizza was hot but no buttered crust. My kids complained and didn't want to eat it. I called in and was given credit for our pizzas and bread sticks. Imagine dry bread sticks, I mean NOTHING on them. With 3 pizzas and bread sticks how could you forget the butter sauce?

So today I ordered the same thing again and explained that it had no buttered crust and to make to put some on. I received them in a timely manner but they BARELY had any butter on the crust some pieces still had none! Imma just stick with who I know is better RIGATONYS and DOMINOES and...
