Subway — Restaurant in California

Worst subway I've ever been in. Employees look like thugs, place is dirty, employees have zero social skills. My wife and I had to walk out the other night, made up my mind this is the last time I go to this location. I hope it goes out of business and something worthwhile goes in its place. I attempted to contact the managers or owners by phone but they never answer their phone. When we weren't ready to order yet the five foot tall Hispanic guy that look like he just got out of jail got frustrated and walk back into the kitchen area out of sight in the meantime we decided what we wanted and a couple of minutes went by and he still didn't come back out I had to yell for him, extremely unprofessional. Meanwhile the teenage girl doing a lousy job of sweeping the floor refused to acknowledge our existence practically swept...

I've been coming to this Subway for many years now and have watched, painfully, as the prices on each menu item has increased in price over the past 4 years. My son and I recently went to this Subway, ordered a Teriyaki Chicken on whole wheat footlong and a Rotisserie Chicken on Italian Herbs and Cheese. There was more cheese than meat in both of these subs, mine only had 5 leaves of spinach, had about 3-4 pieces of onion slices along with bell peppers. Basically, there was more bread than what was inside the sandwich. But we're supposed to pay for this, get asked to leave a tip, and then be expected to come back for more of this lousy service? I think not. If you're getting $20/hr to serve food then I expect that food to be "TOP KNOTCH", not like you'd find it from a broke 3rd...

Today, was not a good day at Subway. I arrived to an empty rack of chips, veggies that were not looking fresh, and a staff with no one waiting, responding with a dull, "welcome to subway." Normally, they are welcoming, attentive, and better service. Young lady with a flower tattoo on her right arm was unprofessional and mentally not there. It's unfortunate when I walk in and my child hears her comment, possibly yelling, to another staff member to, "close the f*n door." She was not welcoming at all and appeared as if she was not able to cut the bread without crushing it. I normally visit this location, but after this experience I will not be revisiting...
