Autoimmune disease made gluten not doable for me … until AV Sourdough came along! It had been years since I ate bread (2018) and once I discovered I could eat AV Sourdough a few months ago (April 2025), I scarfed a half loaf in one sitting! Truth! There’s nothing like REAL bread made the way our great ancestors made it! Naturally fermented sourdough, no artificial additives, stabilizers, or preservatives, just beautiful loaves of bread made with LOVE that you can taste in every bite! We live on social security and buy several loaves at a time, keeping half a loaf in the refrigerator and the rest in the freezer until we need it. Had been drooling over these gorgeous loaves on fb marketplace before running into their adorable booth at Thursday Farmer's Market on the Blvd. The jalapeño cheddar was what I had been fantasizing about, but due to popular demand, I was advised to try the roasted garlic rosemary instead. Thank Heavens for the recommendation, I will never eat a sandwich or make garlic bread without this loaf in my inventory. We're talking LARGE cloves of oven roasted garlic that are conveniently sparced throughout the Airy loaf 😋 and then the aromatic rosemary that tasted like something homegrown. While it is not an eat in restaurant, they do provide delivery. The delivery person can be the owner or a delivery driver. They are always kind and prompt. The products are fresh and amazingly delicious. You can’t go wrong with any of the food but the cherry white chocolate is hard to stay away from. The first day I get it, it is almost gone. I have to set aside some of the slices so I can have my daily toast. I will have to start getting two loaves at a time because now my family has discovered it and it makes me mad. I...
