These workers at this location is very rude and unprofessional let me start like this on the mobile order it say tell them your name then they ask for your mobile number you give them that and that’s not enough then they want to look at your receipt on your phone like y’all doing extra nowhere in the policy it say I need to show you my receipt so the manger helen I guess they know my name but don’t know me had the nerves to say so you who they been talking about basically like im giving them the hard time when they the ones giving the people a hard time the location is bad enough so they feel like they can talk to you anyway and treat you any way I am a paying costumer you work for a cooperate business this is not your daddy establishment karen so she get a attitude close the window and tell me I’m not getting my order okay I’m in a Benz coupe ac blowing like snow storm I got a full tank and gas you playing with the wrong brother I can sit in this drive thru for hours I love the business but some of these workers be doing extra like do your little job it’s not my fault you 50 with a bucket working at a fast food place with your high school diploma...

Well id luv to give a 5 star review but I just can't!.... So I order 1/4 popcorn shrimp platter which is around $16-$17 dollars with both of the sides being fries, then I add an extra popcorn shrimp on the side,1 biscuit and a large Hawaiian punch next I ordered the number 1 which is the chicken sandwich but in this case it was the spicy chicken sandwich platter or large meal that also came with 2 sides 1 mash and 1 frie with a large iced tea , then I received my food I look over the bag have I my items proceeded to drive home , which is about a 4 minute drive from this location, I get home and boy the shrimp and that spicy chicken sandy were beyond delicious in every way and I mean that with all my heart but mann ya'll really really killed my joy when I went to get some fries and they were stale cold and un appetizing. Legit was really blown away by how disappointed I was because the fries which I had gotten 3 sides of which was part of my meal in every way were gross!! IF AND WHEN YA'LL CAN STEP THE FRY GAME UP, LET ME KNOW BECAUSE ALMOST $50 bucks worth of food and not be able to enjoy a major portion of my dinner , i think calls...

My husband did a Uber delivery and the order was for Mount Vernon‘s location of Popeyes and a different Uber driver came and picked up his order so when the actual driver came to pick up the order, they said the order was already given away. When my husband tried calling him, they refused to help him and said that there was nothing that they could do in the Uber had to submit another ticket, even though it was their mess up that they gave away the order and they wouldn’t admit it. After Uber submitted a ticket to have it remade a different Uber driver showed about the location to pick up the order and they refused to make it costing that Uber driver money out of his pocket to pay for the order as if it was his own food so that way he didn’t get a bad review For not finishing the delivery, even though the restaurant refused to make it because we complained. We spoke with two female managers and had Uber on the phone and in the middle of my husband calling Uber one of the female managers said you can have a Uber call me Because I’m done dealing with you and she hung up...
