Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in California

I ordered a small pizza yesterday at 6:30 for delivery. I received a text saying it would be delivered at approximately 7:20 which I was fine with. About a minute later I received a text stating they were busier than usual and it woul now be delivered at approximately 8:20. At 8:20 I had heard nothing else and had no pizza delivery. I contacted the text number and they responded that they had contacted Round Table who told them the delivery guy had left and should be here in approximately 15 minutes. I live less than 5 minutes from this location. I waited 15 minutes and called Round Table myself. I was told they had my order, but had a problem with their iPad and didn't know if it was for delivery or pickup. She said they were making my pizza right then. My pizza was finally delivered at 9:08pm.

I had this exact same experience just after this location re-opened and thought it was just a fluke. Now I don't think so. I love Round Table, but after this experience I will not use this location again even though it is extremely close...

Have been going for a while since it’s the only round table close to my house. The last few times haven’t been too good of an experience. The cashier was quite rude and although I called to pick up she was rushing me the whole time on the phone and also picking up. Even raised her voice to speak over me to ask me questions I already answered and thought I answered clearly but she was having a conversation at the same time with someone else that worked there so she must’ve not heard me or paid attention. I wish I got her name but she was young. When I got home the bread was undercooked I found two hairs on the pizza. One long and one short. Looked at it to make sure it wasnt mine. It wasn’t and decided to not eat that whole pizza. I’m not sure if they wear hair nets but maybe they should. I didn’t call back because I don’t like being a problem but I just won’t eat from...

Round tables is becoming a complete rip off, Yesterday I tried to order 2 pizzas and it was $62. they tried to charge me $30 for a large cheese, and $30 for a pepperoni. When did a large cheese pizza became $30, or pepperoni. mind you round tables always have the same lame @$$ deal's year around, large 2 topping and 6 twist, our large pepperoni and 2 liter, or a specialty pizza. Can we get some new deals if y'all going to charge $30 for cheese pizza. And the lady that answered the phone needs to check her attitude 😡. I went back in there again just to see if the atmosphere and customer service changed, still the same thing. The lady that works the front with the blonde hair need a reality check. Her attitude stink I don't know how she's still there. And just the FYI all a toy machines...
