Unfortunately the Starbucks in Los Osos is not my favorite. Sometimes people could be a little bit rude and I've had several drinks that are incorrect there. I was pretty disappointed when I ordered a drink that was something like $9 and when I had to spend my time to go back through they gave me a card and told me that I would be able to get my next drink free. So I saved it until I was going to get an expensive drink but then when I went to use it it covered $4 which to me seems a little unreasonable. Sometimes it seems like they're training too many people and not enough people are there who know what's going on. I also got told that they couldn't reverse an order that I got. It just seems very rushed at the Starbucks and that when there's mistakes it seems like they don't want to fix it because it takes time. I think that they would save a lot of time and customers would be more happy if they took their time to make sure that they're getting the orders correct and spent the time to fix things that were incorrect. instead of two with a debit card when I was with a friend but I think that was because it was a person that was newer and didn't know how to do that. Read moreI just visited this Starbucks store and ordered my usual Grande skinny caramel macchiato with an extra drizzle of caramel. I order this everyday. It is 5.25. They were charging me .80 extra for sugar free vanilla and .60 for the extra caramel drizzle. They said that was the new price as of today. I called back to speak to a manager and got the same kid that was at the drive-up window. He told me that was the new price from corporate. I called 2 more Starbucks store in SLO and Arroyo Grande and was told it was still 5.25, that all they were doing was substituting non fat milk for 2% and sugar free vanilla for reg vanilla. Read moreI waited 17 minutes for a cup of coffee at the Los Osos location. When I ordered the screen did not show my order or a price I had to ask the employee this is not the first time this has happened. When I get to the window they made the wrong drink!! Again this is not the first time this has happened the last time it happened I waited over 20 minutes for an over priced cup of coffee. The woman was rude when I told her my drink didn't taste right. She rolled her eyes, I don't know her name but she had blonde, shoulder length hair and boy does she ever need a lesson in customer service. I'm done wasting time and money...
