Starbucks — Restaurant in California

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a drink from Starbucks occasionally, but this location frequently messes up my drinks. Ex. I order a dragon drink (water/lemonade base/clearer one) I receive the MANGO DRAGON DRINK (COCONUT MILK BASE/FOGGY CLOUDY DRINK) ... Another example is the strawberry açai, other locations and ones I've visited outside of town give a good LAYER of strawberry bits, here EVERYTIME WITHOUT FAIL I GET 2 STRAWBERRY PIECES AND SEEDS I HAVE TO ASK FOR EXTRA STRAWBERRY WHEN I ORDER AT THIS LOCATION AND ITS A HASSLE TO REMEMBER THAT .... Edit: This is my grande strawberry açai with lemonade, I just received this as my drink and another drink from my order. They were not filled all the way when ordered. I can guarantee that this was not drank from but this is what no ice looks like, and extra strawberries. Still very disappointed in...

the service at this starbucks every time i’ve went is ALWAYS horrible. There is usually one girl making all the drinks, doing all the work, but then there’s this other girl who does NOTHING! She sits on her phone and when the working girl asked for her help she said “i’m sorry” while giggling. I ordered on the starbucks app and they are ALWAYS behind, I understand they get a lot of orders but this could be helped if EVERYONE was doing their job. The last time I went, they lost my order, they put the sticker on a monitor. The drink I got today after all this trouble i had a BLOCK of ice in my blended drink. In their defense, they all did look like they were mostly teenagers...

I usually like coming to Starbucks, but I had a small issue this time. When I walked in and asked for the bathroom code to wash my hands before ordering, the staff told me—rather rudely—that I had to be a customer first.
