Starbucks — Restaurant in California

This is probably the slowest starbucks. In the drive thru they take 1 cars order, make that drink, send them on their way THEN take the next order. Even doing a mobile order ahead, it still takes a very long time to get one drink.

They are USUALLY good about fixing drinks when they mess up(i.e. cold vs hot or when you order a drink and they only hear the first word and improvise on the rest).

Last time I went in, they were out of iced tea so I ordered a water instead (we also got 2 other drinks) and the girl taking the order said with way too much attitude, "really?"

Aside from that, they have some of the best croissants and cake pops if you can eat that! I definitely recommend the pink drink if you...

I really like the staff. My only complaint is the consistently and inordinately long wait times, whether drive thru or inside. There are instances where the drive thru is moderately busy but inside is not (at all), yet it will take almost 10 minutes inside. Not sure what the issue is. The Starbucks by my work in Rancho Cordova gets really busy (I guess they all do) but I never have to wait that long. Might be the Jackson location gets such a high volume that it’s impossible to keep up. But that doesn’t explain the long wait inside when it’s otherwise...

I visit this star bucks all the time and there wait times have gotten insane they continue to just make drinks for the drive thur and mobile orders as who ever goes inside is just left to wait 20 mins for a hot white mocha and once it was ready it's wasn't right they forgot the extra shots I paid for at this point I'll just take the drink however it comes 20 minutes for a coffee is ridiculous my food items came out rather quickly witch I appreciate but would be nice to have my coffee to enjoy...
