The drive thru wait was long and by the time I got to the window, my 6 week old had started crying. The cashier rang me up for half my order and returned my rewards card that he had just put more money on from my credit card, but he couldn't provide a receipt because his register went down. When I asked about the rest of my order, he apologized for forgetting it and had to take my rewards card back and go to the front register, but returned empty handed reporting that it didnt show that it had money on it. I reminded him that he told me he just put money on it from my credit card but because there was no receipt, there was no way to know. As my baby continued to scream in the back, I tried to hand him a credit card to take care of the remainder order but he was occupied. I finally asked him to please ring me up so I could leave and he took my credit card to the front register again to do so. I've never had such a bad experience! He did apologize but the urgency I was feeling with baby's crying getting louder and louder and the cashier's multiple complications was quite the challenge!
UPDATE: 1 month later....the cashier had told me to call the number on the back of my rewards card if the money did not show up on the card and use the duplicate receipt he provided to give Starbucks information for the correction. It didn't show up on the card next time I tried to use it, so I called Starbucks and gave them the information. They were helpful on the phone and said that it was all taken care of and the money would be back on my card. I was hoping for something for my trouble like some extra rewards points but whatever the guy was nice throughout the phone call. Then I go to Starbucks and discover that the card has no money on it and appears inactive. I had already thrown away the receipt from the error because the guy I spoke with said that it was all taken care of. I called Starbucks again and they told me that they could see that I had phoned previously but not the information about the $20 error to the card and I would have to take it up with my bank! I can't believe their customer service is so horrible and that Starbucks has essentially stolen $20 from...
Read moreI wish I could give less than a one start review. I go to Starbucks everyday and I’ve never experienced the rude and disrespectful attitude like the ones that the employees displayed here. I am currently testing positive for covid so I put in my order through my app like I have done many times before. I added my drink with all of it’s mods which came out to about $8 that’s fine willing to pay for what I like and I always tip. I used to work at Starbucks then at a restaurant so I know how important tips and being friendly to servers is. I also added a bagel and there was no option to add cream cheese or butter. Since I have COVID I didn’t want to go in so my husband went for me. I asked him to make sure he got the cream cheese which I thought would be no big deal since it comes with the bagel. I was very wrong. He called me when he was in the store and I could hear two girls basically yelling at him and scolding him in the background. He asked me if I was supposed to get cream cheese and I said yes. They continued to be rude to him which is embarrassing for those workers and the other customers there and it isn’t a good look for the company when any employee treats someone disrespectfully. They made such a big deal about it I honestly couldn’t believe it. One of the two baristas walked over to the cash register and said “oh the option to add cream cheese was turned off, I’ll turn it back on” but still she didn’t give him the cream cheese!? It’s so silly to make such a big deal about it so I don’t know why they didn’t just give it to him? I spent $10 on this order alone. I’m not so rude as to put names but I will put a description one of the baristas had short red hair and one was a brunette with longer hair. If any managers from this location read this they should know...
Read moreStarbucks Associate was mopping floor, which means handle was previously on floor and handled with mop waste; to include restroom biological waste. When I went to the counter they put the mop on the floor, and came to serve me without first washing their hands.
When I asked them to first wash their hands, they showed resentment.
They then with clean hands handled the cash register, my cup, and the food service equipment. But in the back of my mind, I wonder how much mop waste was smeared on everything she previously touched.
Initially before this visit, a very good experience. Friendly, clean, in-general enough seating inside and outside. But employees obviously need better training regarding hygiene and food...
